Hi Chris, I know what you mean. When I saw Lena Gemzoe paint in this way I immediately loved it! Watercolour really can do some amazing things! I do love it! I’m about to embark on a commission that will be the largest watercolour I’ve ever painted. 2.5m x 1m! I’m pretty scared! Thanks for watching! 👍🙏

Hi Mairead, yes I’ve been to Ireland a few times. Down to Dingle many years ago with fungi the dolphin and soooo many pubs with such great music! Great part of the world! It must be hard with lockdown not being able to gain social connection in the pubs! 👍
Yes it’s good fun! It definitely produces quite unique marks on the page! I actually like my first attempt the best! Often the case!! Thanks for tuning in! Sorry about the auto focus! Annoying! I sometimes forget to switch it to manual focus! 👍🙏

Hi Rina, it is an interesting process that I’m quite unfamiliar with. I use Rives BFK etching paper but you could use any watercolour paper. Probably 300gsm cold pressed would be good. Thanks for watching!! 👍🙏
Hi Phyllis! Sorry about that! I am gradually improving things including the audio. I now have the mic on a boom arm which makes it better snd I don’t talk while the music is on! 👍

I find talking and painting at the same time quite difficult especially if I’m painting something that is taking a lot of my concentration. Sorry to hear you don’t like the music. My more recent videos have less music and not when I’m talking. Happy painting mate! 👍

What tape do you use?
I use 3m magic tape or similar tape from Woolworths that’s cheaper. Invisible tape. Cheers Scott
