I don't think playable Oxide works with that level... Could be wrong though. I do know he can crash the game on some levels. Oh, and you're technically wrong. We're also missing Turbo Track.

N. Oxide Should’ve been officially unlockable from the start. But it all came down to technical limitations. But the idea was briefly considered.
