You are very intelligent Sir - I was about to say the same when I started watching the clip , the Airline security , Airport Security or Customs should have been responsible to collect the so called forgotten package from the air craft to make sure the package does not contain dangerous material or contraband. But this is Goa where all the most corrupt officials are posted , also the air line staff , Oman air , Qatar air , not a single Goan employed - for so many Niz goenkar youth a dream job working for the airline.

In reality more gold are smuggled through delhi and bangalore airports in chartered planes(private tourist jet) from gulf and dubai....the culprits are working inside the airport itself providing key information about custom checks to jewellary shops and its dealers then how hell these fradusters can be caught
The passenger should have been detained for detailed enquiry ,but this was not done which clearly proves the nexus The passenger had intentionally kept the plastic bag in the aircraft
