after the second chapter you have more freedom so use it fully and read everything that isnt voiced thats how its best and dont cut cutscenes or minigames they are best part ps try to do every substory and minigame in game and that applies to whole series its way more fun to do everything you can and ignore story untill you do everything that you can after each chapter

The actual Yakuza said that this game is surprisingly accurate. The only problem they had was how fights are portrayed. Real Yakuza just shoot people instead of hitting them.

You should turn on the Background music all the way up in the settings. Music is really good in Yakuza games, + for some reason when you lower the music it becomes muffled like underwater as you might have noticed.
@@ThatgirlNana haha the main story can be done quickly enough, but the real value is in the side content. I wouldnt advise to try and experience everything, but just go where you find it interesting.
