Luffy's family is badass. Luffy has no daddy issue cuz he doesn't even care about finding out who he is, he wasn't there when he was growing up so he instantly thought he didn't have one, he must think he's like a mushroom who merely sprouts on the ground and he never once questioned it.

Bounty makes sense. The anticipation of knowing a pirate's bounty, add an impact emotionally. It actually shows how dangerous a pirate crew is. But in terms of power-scaling, it still depends but nonetheless, we can get a hint of how strong they are.
Why would Franky buy a ship ? He's one of the best builders there and he can build his own ship whenever he wants :) Also they don't rly have a need for a ship or go off the island anyway.
Just a fact in Japan and some other countries they put the surname first so if I was living in Japan my name would be wrote Turner Marie Tracey-Anne but in Australia and America it is wrote Tracey-Anne Marie Turner so if Luffy name that wrote would be Luffy D, Monkey which Monkey is his last name. So the goat who wrote One piece is Oda Eiichiro how we would write it.
I love the lore and plot of One Piece more than the fights. I would fights are the least thing that I love one piece for, its not like they are bad, the lore and story of One Piece just tops that
So much I want to talk about. 1. Now that we're completely finished with Enies Lobby, I want to take a look at how the henchmen fights were completely off-formula for the arc. Look at the first three climactic arcs - in Arlong Park and Alabasta, the crew took out the henchmen in 1v1 fights (aside from one 2v3 in Alabasta), and in Skypiea it was just a mad free for all where Chopper was the only one to get a 1v1 victory against a priest, all while Luffy was the one who did the important job of taking out the strongest guy. But in Enies Lobby? First of all, the 1v1s were set up right from the beginning as something where only one was actually necessary to win, but we didn't know which. Then it got chaotic as Kaku and Zoro crashed into the Jabra vs Sogeking fight, Nami lost so Franky had to take over, Sanji lost so Nami had to take over, Sogeking lost so Sanji had to take over, and meanwhile Chopper just started wrecking the whole building. As for Luffy, he fought CP9's strongest guy, as expected, and the fight was epic, as expected, but ultimately it... didn't matter all that much. The only thing Luffy accomplished by fighting Lucci is keeping him distracted so Franky and Usopp could rescue Robin, and the only thing that he accomplished by defeating Lucci is allowing the crew to escape. Especially considering this was the first time Oda had a character get locked up, showed us the key, and then the key was actually how they escaped, it's cool that he subverted the usual formula. 2. This episode helps demonstrate the biggest reason why I adore the CP9 Saga: questions answered. All of the first three arcs had left some mysteries behind, which is great for building hype, but this saga showed that Oda is capable of living up to the hype. Who fixed the Going Merry at Skypiea? The spirit of the ship, who loves the crew but whose image was a deathly omen. What was Dragon's deal, why did he save Luffy, and how did Smoker know him? He's a revolutionary, the most wanted man in the world, and Luffy's father. What's Nico Robin's deal, what are the Poneglyphs she's so interested in, how does she know about the D, and what did she do that made her a wanted criminal at age 8? Well... we know all that now. Every one of these questions got an answer that makes sense and is satisfying, and to some extent builds even more hype - now we are more excited than ever before to see Dragon again, or another Poneglyph, or even another ship's Klabautermann. This is what gives me confidence that the eventual One Piece itself may somehow live up to the absurd expectations we've got for it. 3. Ace's name is kind of a cultural thing; Japanese audiences just kinda assumed the explanation for why he and Luffy have different family names. For our benefit, it is explained later on, but just in case you want to know, l'll put it here, but with the words written in IPA so you can read it if you want but there's no spoilers if you don't want. *~* eIs heits hIz dædi ænd juzIz hIz maz fæmli neIm Insted.
