Taking Apart A Skywalker or Itop Coffee Roaster For Maintainance

This video will shop how to change out any part on your coffee roaster.
For basic cleaning just use the brush after taking out the chaf drawer.
Deep cleaning you may want to clean the drum and exhaust port.

This has the upgraded temp control board. You can tell because it has that circle with coiled wire component.
