I always dug Herb Trimpe! Had his own take on the Kirby dynamic, in a same but different way as Jim Steranko, I think. Trimpe also did some design work on that Colgate toothpaste commercial that used to run in the 70s or early 80s. The "We make holes in teeth" one. Ha

Had to look that up. It was actually Crest, not Colgate. If you search Trimpe Cavity Creeps on TH-cam you'll find it. Pretty darn funny
