I dont think there is an age restriction but you may have to pay the adult fair if they occupy a seat. Being a water activity you need to be extra cautious.

There are boats from the Cau Da Pier, that goes to hon tam, which you can use. It may not cost more than 50,000vnd.
@@travelseries_by_jerry cool..I can go and come back the same day via public boat...is the public boat frequent or any specific timing...do people go to there via public boat.. because it's just a tourist spot
