i dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot my account password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me
Neha mam ,I have become a big fan of your way of explanation , ofcourse I love your yoga .I like the fact that how you make sure that each and everything is explained on point.
Thanks for the informative video analyzing the differences. Your write-up is also very clear and helpful. Is the word adho missing in adho-mukha-shvAnaAsana in your write up at the second time it's referenced...
Hi @Sharmila pathy.. Mine is the same case... now I follow her along with the 10 day beginners daily yoga... after that am planning to go for 21 day yoga for beginners... it's good to follow her along.. it's a complete package with warmup asanas pranayama and savasana... I personally found them great... just like practicing with a yoga guru in front of you. Also download the video before practice, else ads pop up in between a stretch or meditation. All the best
Great, thank you! Just one question, please..I guess you know about Hindu push ups, or dands, Ram Murti dands, etc..what would you say, is it correct to beggin push up from mountain pose or downward dog position. Bcs there is confusion in fitness literature, videos etc, about that? Thank you
Thanks a lot… I’m practising yoga since 11 years and yet I didn’t know this. Most yoga teachers use these names interchangeably so I always assumed different schools of yoga have different names. Is there also a difference between anjanyasana and ardha chandrasana (low lunge)? Also why do some people use the name ardha chandrasana for standing side balance pose and some for low lunge? It’s very confusing
Thank you so so much 😊🙏 let me explain your doubts. Imagine a deep lunge where you have one leg forward with the knee bent, and the other knee is resting on the ground behind you. This pose is great for opening up your hips, and it helps build strength in your thighs, knees, and back. It also gives a nice stretch to your thighs, belly, chest, hamstrings, lower back, and spine. This is Anjaneyasana. On the other hand, you balance on one leg while lifting the other leg up and reaching forward with your body. This works to strengthen your spine, legs, core, and glutes, while also stretching your spine, shoulders, and calves and this is Ardha Chandrasan. in Bikram Yoga, “Half Moon” is actually a different pose where you do a side bend while standing on both feet And in Sivananda style of yoga Anjaneyasana is called as Ardha Chandrasana. Samaa, I hope your doubt is clear😊 continue to practice and continue to support ❤️
@@YogaForCureVideosthanks a lot very much for taking the time to reply ❤ partly understood but I now have one more doubt. I thought the lunge with the back leg up was called Ashta chandrasana? My current teacher calls the lunge with back knee down as ardha chandrasana and with knee up as ashta chandrasana.
Mam thanks for details explanation. Mam I have a question plz give my question answer I am your every vdo. My question Mam from staring inhale when I exhale. Mam my big doubt how can I controll breath details.when u body posture hold after inhale that time breath hold.
Pls make video/ reply to this comment about how to protect elbow while doing downward dog/kubhakasan. I get a tennis elbow like pain in my left elbow while doing these. They say engage your muscles to prevent it. Can you pls explain HOW to do that?
Saw the difference between the two. I have recovered from Covid, which had slightly affected my lungs. Which of these help in strengthening/increasing the lungs capacity. Also which one helps in improving the immunity system. I am 69 years old. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks. S.K.Varma
Mam how many times and how may days should I practise a particular asana for better results? And also for an entire yoga practise including pranayama & meditation how many days in a week is effective?
I just have one question. I do practise yoga almost everyday, though I'm not a pro in it. My question, if I find any posture difficult, can I modify it? Please remember my age is 30.
Parvatasana has nothing to do with Adho Mukha Swanasan, they are not at all the same postures which do not aim at all the same work on the Nadis and the Chakras ... The mountain posture is taken in lotus, bars pulled up and fingers joined, it aims at work on fire and air which combine to awaken Anahata Chakra, when Adho Mukha Swanasan is working on Ida and Pingala. .. Attention to the back, in the video, the lower back is very badly positioned and the damage on the lumbar and the sacroiliac joint will be remembered to us around 50 or 55 years old ...
Informative 👍🙏
