Hiking Up Branstree and Selside Pike - Mosedale Cottage Pt. 2

- After a lovely night in the bothy (Mosedale Cottage), me and Adam didn't feel too hungover so decided to try tackle 2 nearby Wainwrights. We would be hiking to Selside Pike before heading to Branstree which stands at over 2300 feet. This would certainly cure any hangover, but what we didn't anticipate was the wind, and there was A LOT of it.

You two have had a great little adventure. While your peer group might be spending all day in the gym, getting a perfect body, you are getting just as much exercise, and very strong calf muscles. But most of all, you are gaining another dimension - an affinity with Nature. Don't give up! 😀
I enjoy getting out and exploring a lot more, makes better memories. My calves were definitely feeling it after this!

10:33 After a quick Google search, it seems it may be "star jelly" and apparently no-one's sure what it actually is! There are theories, but nothing conclusive.
I thought it may be that after researching too, very strange but interesting.
