After that they should respond with the answer so it's tabled in the minutes, or take it on notice where you will get the answer in writing later. Will a new corrected and valid Fatality Map be made? What of the attorney general's report? #7 We want to ask Pelletier about all of the several breeches he has now admitted to, which should convict him of the crime called desecration of human remains! #8. So, after Listing the questions and concerns, I believe Greyson Abarra Should have immediately repeated the question to them and DIRECTLY asked them again, " Are you willing to allow the Public to question Police Chief Pelletier on these matters? Why then, was a totally unqualified officer, Captain Palone Delatore, , allowed to be the Lead for this highly sensitive and critical work of The. Search and Recovery of the fire victims? Did you not think the Public expected better? . #2. Why did Pelletier and Palone Delatore then use more unqualified,, inexperienced untrained recruits, who also had absolutely no mass casualty training, to work the very delicate mass death scenes, such as Kuhua Street where 43-48 men women and children dled in one concentrated area, a job that should have only been reserved for and handled by highly trained officers and Detectives who had mass casualty training! Where were the trained anthropologists? Why was this allowed? #3. Why on the morning of August 9,, 2023, did Pelletier and Captain Palone Delatore deliver 6 unbagged bodies with No Assigned Unique I.D. Numbers. to Greyson Abarra? Why had the bodies not been first carefully placed into proper dignified body bags before transporting them, as required by County Protocols? Why did they not assign I.D. Numbers to these bodies? How many bodies were just picked up off the ground, Loaded up in a truck with no bag without ever assigning the all important unique I.D. Number? How many bodies were indecently handled and processed like this? We want the number! How many bodies had not been assigned unique I.D. Numbers? NOTE= IT is now known that all 102 recoveries had no assigned UNIQUE I. D. Number. None of the bodies, the body bags, the bags of remains., the Photographs, the GPS Coordinates, of recovery Site, and all the victims recovery site information were never tagged with a waterproof label with the I. D. number on it, Bodies and Body Bogs and bags of Remains had no Attached I. D number on a waterproof Label. How many bodies and how many bags of Remains were admitted to Maui Memorial Hospital for x-ray had no unique I.D. Number? Answer= All had no Unique I.D, Number. How many bags of group remains of many peoples Bodies were admitted to Maui Memorial Hospital for x-ray without the assigned unique I.D. Number? How many bodies were not photographed ? How many bodies did not have their recovery Site Photographed ? How many bags of remains did not have the inside of their contents Photographed? How many victims bodies, bags of unidentified remains, bags of group remains, had their recovery site information disconnected, lost, mixed up due to no assignment of a unique I.D. Number and were any of these disposed of, IF so, How many ? #4. Why when Abarra approached Pelletier and Delatore to object to the non protocol faulty Process, and offered them the County Guide Plans and information on the Required Protocol from the County mass casualty Planning Guides, why then did Pelletier and Captain Delatore not listen to Greyson Abarra? Why then, did they continue to break the County Laws and persist in not following the Required Protocols? # 5 How many recoveries had no Accurate GPS coordinates for the Victims recovery sites? Why were deceased Peoples remains being bagged up into thin plastic baggies and not the post mortem Pouches or heavy duty ziplock bags, as required by the County? Why were recruits allowed to record the cross streets where the victims were recovered, with Leaking non-permanent yellow Ink onto the outside of the black bags resulting in unreadable smeared scribbles? Why was this considered to be the appropriate way to record a victim's accurate recovery site? Why was this acceptable, when it is not? The Familles who lost loved ones have a right to know exactly where their loved one died! Families expected more professionalism than this and they expected and needed the EXACT ACCURATE DETAILS where their loved one was found and what happened to them! This is their legal right!! #6. Why doesn't Pelletier know that Recovery sites that have NO PROPER GPS COORDINATES OR HAVE NO LEGIBLE CROSS STREETS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAGS OF REMAINS MEANS All RECOVERY SITES ARE All INVALID? Bags of remains with unreadable cross Streets means there is no accurately recorded Recovery sites, which now invalidates The MPD Fatality Map due to total inaccuracy? Will a new corrected and valid Fatality Map be made? What of the attorney general's report? #7 We want to ask Pelletier about all of the several breeches he has now admitted to, which should convict him of the crime called desecration of human remains! #8. We need to find out more about the Issue of Pelletier secretly holding onto a large portion of a Family's Loved ones remains and not informing the Family of this and then deciding in Secret, on his own, that he was going to dispose of the remains without First Seeking the Family's Permission? Why is this? How many more group remains in bags does he have in the morgue under his custody ? How many deceased People are in these bags of group remains?? ??? How many bags of remains has he now disposed of? #9. We also have Questions about The S900,000 dollars Pelletier suspiciously Paid out to Pan Pacific Pathologist one month Prior to the fire, for only 3 months worth of work? What was this exorbitant amount of money for? #10. We need information on the 17 unclaimed bodies still in the morgue? #11. We need information on the issue of 108 people missing From Pelletiers records? Greyson Abarra claims he did 210 recoveries verses Pelletiers 102 recoveries, leaving 108 people missing? Where are these 108 deceased People? So, after Listing the questions and concerns, I believe Greyson Abarra Should have immediately repeated the question to them and DIRECTLY asked them again,
" Are you willing to allow the Public to question Police Chief Pelletier on these matters? If so, when would you like to set up that meeting? Greyson then needed to wait to receive the Answer From the Commissioners about whether or not Pelletier could be publicly questioned or not! Aloha Traci, Brilliant presentation. I immediately called all 3 local Oahu, HI channels/news organizations. HNN first. HNN, I complemented HNN and asked them to keep the investigation going. I asked why HNN, did not report on Gov. Green's suspension of many State of Hawai'i Laws( illegal) right before the fire in August 2023. I also asked about why no one reported on the 5 mile fencing put up right after the fire around Lahaina and the burn zone? They had no answer. Plus I took down their news director's names and emailed HNN acting director(former news director HNN past away in July) about their coverage. I will email KHON & KITV heads next.
