  • Hozenji Yokocho is a street next to Dotonbori!
It's a tiny street next to Hozenji temple,
but there are many traditional Japanese restaurants, and bars.
The atmosphere of the street is totally old Japanese style,
so I am sure that you can enjoy the street even you don't eat at the restaurant.
Also there is Houzenji temple next to Hozenji Yokocho (Yokocho means "the street next to").
It is a beautiful temple, and you won't believe that there are such a beautiful temple next to Dotonbori.
So this is the hidden spot of Dotonbori which many Dotonbori visitors are missing.
Make sure visit there if you visit Dotonbori !!
Address : Here is the address of Hozenji temple
    1 Chome-2-16 Nanba, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 542-0076

@@RionIshida It will be my 4th time in Osaka this coming April 17th. We've been to Universal Studio once, many times in Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi coz we usually stay in Namba Nankai whenever we go to Osaka. We've been to Kyoto, Narra, Sapporo and Tokyo. But we really really live Osaka.❤❤❤

Thank you for this informative guide, Rion-san! We're planning to visit Osaka in April next year for our first ever Hanami, and Hozenji Yokocho happens to be our first stop before we move on to Dotonbori. Never realise there are so much more fantastic sights this hidden jem can offer, once again thanks Rion-san!

      Yes, it's my favorite music!

Please check the Okunoin video, it is really beautiful place as well.
