    Your videos are the best for discussing bidets. Not a lot of information that isn't needed/confusing or the age old "would you wipe dog poop off your arm with a piece of paper?" This video touched on a subject that a lot of us are asking, thank you. The more I watch your videos, the more interest I have in a personal bidet. Can any plumber install one that has warm water. I do love my heated toilet seat, nothing like sitting down on something warm when it's cold outside. This is what makes me think if I try this I'd definitely want warm water and a heated seat.

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The trickest part is getting electric. If you already have electric near the toilet, about 95% of our customers install these on their own in about 15 to 30 minutes.

      @@ManyBidets Thank you, the toilet is next to the sink and there is an outlet above the sink. Old house very small bathroom, no heat in this room. Your Cascade would probably be my pick for myself, does it ever go on sale?

    I reqiure a toilet riser. Do any of these attachments create a raised toilet seat and if so which brand is sits a person higher?

    • @ManyBidets

      Great question! These units will add about 1.5" to the seated height of your toilets bowl. If you are looking for more, than Drive Medical makes a compatible riser with removeable arms. We're happy to provide more information on it, please chat with us via our website or send us an email at Support@manybidets.com and we will get you the information on the exact one we've tested.

    Does one need to have an electrictrian put a plug in close to the toilet to plug it in for warm water with the Cascade 3000?

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  22 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      The Cascade 3000 does require an electrical outlet. You can have one installed near the toilet or you can run an extension cord if needed.

  • @georgekabacinski
    @georgekabacinski 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Can an install include two control units for the Cascade 3000? One for user one and a
    for user two. The two users in our house would have a serious issue without individual presets.

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      User presets is a great suggestion, and something we hope to include in our next version. Currently if you try to have two remotes connected at the same time, you'll confuse the seat as it won't know which one to look at. Because of this, it's really only designed to work with one remote. It will currently default to the last settings used. Thanks for the feedback!

    Hi Dan, hope all is well in your world. Going on vacation and want to know should I unplug while away for two weeks? No one will be using while away. Thank you and appreciate your advice. Your last advice was extremely helpful!!! I very much appreciate your educating us with our bidet!!!!!

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the question! It's entirely your call, but a lot of people do unplug their seats when leaving for more than a week or so. We also recommend turning off the water to the home to protect from leaking

    A senior that struggles with hygiene is also going to struggle with mobility (and falling). None of these products have arms to aid with getting on and off the seat.

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great point! We have people add arms and or risers to these bidets all the time.

    My wife is 295 lbs will sittable lids support this

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      While both the Swash 1400 and the Cascade 3000 have sittable lids, the 1400's lid is not very strong, and is not covered under the warranty if it breaks. I would not sit on the lid of the Swash 1400 if you're over 250 pounds. The Cascade's lid should be no problem at all. I've never seen a Cascade 3000 lid break to date, and some using it as a seat have been well over 350 pounds.

    Rather than another remote, are there models with built in controls?

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  ปีที่แล้ว

      There are seats with side controls, but we do not recommend these for seniors, as it requires a lot of twisting and turning to see and operate the side control. About 99.7% of the seats we sell are seats with remote controls. Keep in mind the controls mount to the wall, so you don't have to worry about the remote becoming lost.

    Is there a suggested methon on how to modify or set up the bidet with a Toilet Safety Rail (with out the riser)?

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You'll want a rail that doesn't have a bar in the back. Here are some rails that would work:

    Hi Daniel, I am cleaning my wand and the door on the left side that hides the BB2000 wand looks like it has snapped off and won’t securely attach any longer. What should I do?

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You would want to reach out to Bio Bidet directly for that, and if it's under warranty, they can send you a replacement free of charge. Otherwise, they will likely bill you for it, but it shouldn't be pricey. They can be reached at support@biobidet.com or you can call them directly at (847)458-2334 between 9 am and 5pm CST Monday through Friday. They can be a real challenge to get ahold of, and get help from, so you'll need to stay on top of them to get the part.

    what about the dryer, do they take a long tine and I'm guessing these all need to be connected to electric??

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They all have dryers, but the dryers will take a while to get the job done. Dryer effectiveness:
      Best: Cascade 3000
      Second: Swash 1400
      Third: BB-1000

    Are any of the seats heated and how long is the dryer parts stay on

    • @ManyBidets
      @ManyBidets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All of these offer heated seat!! The dryers run different lengths of time, but generally any of these will have dryers that run for at least a few minutes. You can always run a second dry after the timer expires as well should you desire to do so.

    Easy to install, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxjA-hDN2m8_mi0Dg0JD8U6QiArozIAc4I and comfortable. No idea what other people were talking about when they said it was difficult to install or uncomfortable.
