@@Iamlatha He has right to education he can get education at any age he wants and can do any research. The consitution dictates it and its not just him, even you can do it. Questioning his age is taking away the right for education. Seems like a pro-Sambit Patra answer, much like a copy past of Sambit Patra & Shubhrashtra.

@@harisht611 NOT AT ALL. SC never gave the clean chit. Read the final verdict (it's only a few pages long, and is available online), and then feel free to form your opinion about how the SC's verdict. SC just said that this is a matter where SC "feels" (and I quote, "feels") that this particular section should not be intervened by SC, and that it should be solved between the ruling govt and the opposition by the CAG report. If CAG report is not clear or not made available, then the govt should form an independent investigation team to investigate the matter thoroughly (mainly because this is a security matter). This doesn't mean a clean chit from SC. This only means, that SC conveniently stayed out of the matter where the ruling (majoritarian) party is being questioned with PM like Modi being kept at the center of the target.
Though, of course, BJP has always said that they've been given the clean chit, the final report by SC says something else clearly altogether.

XYX, Company ABC, party BB, and many, many code words without a dictionary on how to decode it. There can't be a funnier version (and a face-palm version) for democracy. You will laugh reading the report bro 😂
Anyway, SC is going to re-hear the Rafale case on this Tuesday. Because The Hindu (newspaper) exposed something new about the Rafale scam, which SC didn't know back then when forming it's verdict. So the verdict is questionable, and will be heard again on the coming Tuesday.
