The power of a high-kick depends more on your rotational strength(torque and shit) rather than the amount of muscle Technique is key also no she is just relatively lean but yes she has strong legs

Did you notice that when the guy who's the commentator here, said Encouraging things to the people who're jumping, they succeeded and did well, But when he didn't say much positive things or said something like, "she looks sO confident" etc., the jumper didn't perform that well? This says a lot about how our actions are influenced by our words and surroundings. So, let's all try to be positive with others and encourage the good! ✌

I think the two best jumpers are using there feet as spring boards more so then just having stronger legs. They have way better jumping technique. Notice how their feet and toes spring board them off the ground, the others jump more flatfoot. Google foot over or under pronation, really important stuff to prevent knee and back problems later in life.
