I really appreciate that they all bring something kinda unique to the table-the KR ver is unique in that it blends both Korean and English together. CN has small changes that makes it more distinct at certain points, and JP tries to remain close to the EN while picking a different pace. God this song is addicting in whatever language you put it in

For a person playing in japanese for the whole time in both genshin and hsr, surprisingly EN version is the best for me here, it sounds just right and capture all the scenes perfectly with the voices. But every other languages also kinda slaps so really good job from the hsr devs for releasing this banger 🔥🔥
Think it comes from how Americana the vibe of Penacony is. The song fits it. CN benefits from this similarly, but of them I feel EN is probably the most fitting, though they're all good, so its hard to find one that isn't nailing it.

Every vocalist did AMAZING! On another note, from what I can tell, the Chinese version was written first (of course) and then the JP version was written based off of that( from what I can tell based on a Google translation of the CN lyrics compared to my own translation of the JP). The EN version had many lyrics changed in order to fit the rythym of English grammar better while trying to preserve the original feel as much as they still could. Based on some of the lyrics, the KR version's lyrics are more based on the EN version than the original CN. A great song in every language, though.
It's the English version that came first. You can look at the credits that every version other than English version has additional studios and people (for their own language's lyric rewrite, recording and mixing), but the English version and the instrumental version only have one studio. I would say both English and Chinese version are my favourites lol
Damn they really went all out on this one, finding talents for all versions that their vocals all are similar enough and fitting for the vibe of this arrangement, and I believe they recorded all versions across the world in different local studios, and sent producers abroad to do it.

Every vocalist did AMAZING! On another note, from what I can tell, the Chinese version was written first (of course) and then the JP version was written based off of that( from what I can tell based on a Google translation of the CN lyrics compared to my own translation of the JP). The EN version had many lyrics changed in order to fit the rythym of English grammar better while trying to preserve the original feel as much as they still could. Based on some of the lyrics, the KR version's lyrics are more based on the EN version than the original CN. A great song in every language, though.

It's the English version that came first. You can look at the credits that every version other than English version has additional studios and people (for their own language's lyric rewrite, recording and mixing), but the English version and the instrumental version only have one studio.
I would say both English and Chinese version are my favourites lol

Damn they really went all out on this one, finding talents for all versions that their vocals all are similar enough and fitting for the vibe of this arrangement, and I believe they recorded all versions across the world in different local studios, and sent producers abroad to do it.
