Exactly! Never "rehearse" in front of a mirror. You take the focus off of the feeling, the simple act of being - and put it on the image in the mirror (which is what you DON'T want).
I've written entire pages of. Dialogue in scripts storyline....all great ...real cute, real funny .......i love these masterclasses...i love this woman's class..
She makes a great point early on the class, which is probably the number one reason to try her masterclass. Helen gives amazing advice and I highly recommend watching her lessons.
Very insightful, be lit up by how you feel and think inside about your character and grow your technique with your team, very enjoyable teachable moment, how just seeing something new can ignite a passion for more, which may not come from drama school😊
