Overnight to Little Jimmy in the Angeles National Forest

Lauren and Pete head up the Angeles Crest Highway on a backpacking overnight to Little Jimmy Campground to escape a massive heat wave in Los Angeles. Great video! I have stayed there but hiked from Crystal Lake. Met some PCT'rs and the campground was full with 3 different Boy Scout Troops there. Yeah it was pretty noisy till bout 10pm. hahahaha Thank you for sharing. Shout out to Ma for the quick fix on the fly. ;)

There are bears and mountain lions throughout the Angeles National Forest. I still feel safe despite that, and there are lots of ways to stay safe. Might be a good topic for a future video!
