Hello Sam! As a German steam train enthusiast it’s very easy to tell when a locomotive is a model/ modelled after a German steam loco, all German steam locomotives have red wheels and mostly red body, they are also HUGE locos in real life
haha, guessing this wasn't what you had in mind? I might seriously try a proper German (or Polish) engine one day though! :D Thanks for watching, Sam :)
@@CounterCraftYT German-built, stayed in Poland after WWII. Which was fairly common and got many nations in continental Europe some amount of ex-German vehicles. The Class 24 in particular was built for traffic from Berlin towards East Prussia during the... 1920es I think.
This Oi2 29 is an absolute enigma. A seemingly German 0-2-2-0 that appears to appears to be an overpowered tank engine eqipped with a tender and no ability to acess the cab. It half resembles some sort of AI creation, naturally made by an AI that has no understanding of trains. At least it's got some nice moulded detail.
Piko keep this locomotive and the Tank Engine Version in their Hobby Range - I believe the owner stated it is important to have motive power that are affordable to younger modellers - they retail at £31/£36
I had this exact engine from PIKO, it was packaged in a polystyrene box and cardboard box, and it had a numberplate DB 98003. Out of three engines called BR 98 this reminds none of them and the catalogue has it as "Dampflok mit tender" (Steam engine with tender) and it appears in many start sets. I no longer run it, but it is very fast (and the tender sometimes comes off) This could be just some factory making them for piko and sending some unbranded
Remember that this is supposed to be little more than a toy train that introduces children into the hobby. It’s not listed as a high quality model, and it isn’t trying to be a high quality model. After all, it’s meant to entertain a child, not an experienced adult model railroader.
6:34: Actually, that would be a 0-2-2-0 “double single” if the front wheels are driven too. The back wheels of an 0-2-2-0 are driven by the coupling rods and outside cylinders. The front wheels are driven by an internal cylinder and internal valve gear. Hope this info is useful!
It probably only cost 1 pound to make it. Just a plastic molded shape, which probably cost 20 pence and a 50 pence motor. Cheap and nasty. The only reason they can sell it at all is because it is sold as a "model train." If you put wheels and a motor on a dried up dog turd and called it a locomotive, could you sell if for 50 pounds?
The real PKP Oi2 class is a DRG design from the 1920s and 1930s, known in Germany as the class 24. This is a small 2-6-0 that survived in west Germany until the 1960s, and until the 70s in East Germany and in Poland.
It looks to me like parts of different models that were put together. The boiler, the cab and the tender are those of a German class 24. Some locos of that class remained in Poland after the war where they were reclassified as Oi2. However the chassis comes from something completely different: As you can see in the photo you found, the German 24/Polish Oi2 is a 2-6-0 and the driving wheels are bigger than those of the model. They also made some changes to the loco body. They added water tanks on the sides of the boiler, which doesn‘t make any sense in a tender engine, and unlike the prototype the model doesn‘t have deflectors.
@@SamsTrains well sam you still could at the tat controller as some things are the same price as a house and are tat and some are so cheap yet so good cheep dosen't automaticly mean tat!
This is a German Steam Engine, this particular model (with and without tender) is sold with German numbering and the "DB" logo around here by a company called piko, which usually makes very good Modell trains (especially the old ones from former East Germany, those things are unkillable, with many of them being 50 to 40 years old and still running today!)
I'm 99.99% sure this is old Piko tooling. As a kid in the USSR, this engine came in a starter set that my parents gifted me in the late 1980s. It's a German-based outline, but doesn't match any specific prototype. On the Piko version, the connecting rods, while plastic, were finished in a shiny metal paint, and the cab was open in the back (with the motor showing).
YEEESSS FINALLY PKP LOCO I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. Now you need to buy a good polish loco from PIKO.( Btw. This "model" is a toy from old piko starter sets which where a circle track with this loco and 2 wagons/)
Thanks very much for sharing! I would like to try some proper PIKO stuff - I wonder if they know their gear is on AliExpress?! Thanks for watching, Sam :)
@@SamsTrains Modern Piko models are probably price-wise on a par with UK models. They're not generally as eye-wateringly expensive as many of the other continental manufacturers (e.g. Roco). Possibly AliExpress have this model under licence from Piko?
It's from Piko Edit: And it's not based off any real loco Edit2: 44£??? They sell these in start sets with wagons, tracks and controller for the same price
I think its a DRG Class 24 2-6-0 without smoke deflectors and added side tanks and reduced to a 0-4-0. So yeah it is based on a real loco but very big creative liberties taken to make it cheaper to make and more robust
I looked into how PKP classifies their locomotives. The "O" in Oi2 indicates its a passenger locomotive. The "i" indicates that its a 2-6-0 or 0-6-4, which it obviously isn't, and the "2" means it was built in Germany or Prussia. The numbers underneath Oi2 is the serial number. If there was a third letter between the "O" and "i" it would mean that its a tank locomotive.
This 'model' does have a prototype, which is the DR class 24. It was produced in Germany since the late 1920s until mid-1930s. After the WWII some of these were used in Poland and were classified as Oi2. The wheel configuration of this locomotive in real life was 2-6-0.
Hey sam, from what i've seen this loco appears to be based on a german DRG-class 80 tank engine from one of the german manufacturers like pico, roco, or fleischmann, but with the coal bunker chopped off to make room for a tender (hence why the buffers on the back). Don't get the wrong taste of these tho, i've owned one of these little tank engines before and they're actually quite lovely little models, and with insane detail on the newer ones, you should review one in the future, german models are quite different quality wise, this one appears to be a cheap knockoff of one of the ones from the 1990's to early 2000's era
Yeah, those tiny, closely-spaced wheels seem mismatched for the loco size. Seems to me that in the real world, with the loco itself being super heavy, the loco would have a tendency to fall on its 'nose' when not attached to a train. I suppose the tender might prevent that, but it seems a poor design decision nonetheless.
I love these videos about the cheap locos (manly for Sam’s impressions), Sam it would be great if you could do a vid on how to make these locos look better.
This is the exact same copy of the old PIKO BR98 starter pack stem loco. It's made since the 60's-70's. Usually you can get one used for 7-10 pounds. Fun fact, PIKO still produces cheap analouge starter packs, that are came with this BR98 +2 coaches. And because PIKO produces in China, no wonder, you can get one of theese brand new on eBay or Wish. And for a lot of kids back in the days, this little engine with the coaches was it's first ever model train.
As some have said, it is from PIKO. I have two models of this loco. One with tender (the exact same as this "toy") and one without tender a.k.a. tank engine. That may explain the existence of rear buffer slot. They use the exact same chassis.
The hidden gem has got to be the Q1. Has to be the best slow crawl I've ever seen. Superb loco, and I love the prototype - always a favourite at the NRM
you know, with a little bit of work (like shaving off the access plastic and opening the back end of the loco) and modding (like switching the motor out and placing it in the tender with a new set of pick ups though leaving the existing on the logo itself for lights/wiring for said lights) you would have a good loco in general for testing wagons and other stuff on the lay out
@@SamsTrains i think you should! It's a nice loco underneath it's rough appearance. Swap the motor and give it some better drivers, maybe from a scrap 0-4-0 like a saddle tank and make the slider functional. Basically just Frankenstein it.
So fun listening to Sam rightly giving out about theses locos, and man the Heljin 1361 that made me laugh so much. Please do a re-review of the Heljin and let both barrels go on it !
This came in a starter set Some older versions came with metal siderods and ruber buffers There is also a tank engine version I own two of the tender Engines one without tender and one tank engine
I actually dont mind the locomotive. If you paint it up, give it a 5 volt motor somehow, and add a hornby or bachmann couplings. And also You really like the " ugly duckling " Q1 the most
I thought I had seen this loco before. I have seen it advertised on Amazon for around the same price and its manufacturer identity is that its a PIKO Hobby basic trainset model, look up PIKO Hobby 0-4-0 locomotive. There is also a tank engine version that also looks delightfully cheap and nasty.
@@bartoszkrawczyk3946 yeah the other locomotives look good I checked them out on the UK retailer Gaugemaster and some of the diesel locomotives were reasonably priced.
The fact that you said the 1361 developed a spasm and it looked like it was suffering made me laugh so hard! The 1361 is such a comedic loco! Like you said, a re-review of the 1361 would be ace XD Also the odd loco out was the Q1, can i have a signed certificate now please? XD
haha I know - that loco's been comedy gold right from the start... it's actually served me much better than it would have had it been decent! ;D Thanks for watching, Sam :)
The Loco is from Piko in the Starter Set: Starter Set Passenger Train with Steam loco PKP, PIKO A-Track w. Railbed. Item number: 97933. And i have the old Version from this Loco. Greetings from Berlin.
Based on the tender, I'd say Sam found the correct prototype in the DR Class 24, if "prototype" is even the correct word for a loco that is this obviously not interested in being prototypical. At the very least, I am pretty sure the Reichsbahn (whose red/black color scheme is on this model) never had a B / 0-4-0 tender engine.
I'm going to say the SR Q1 Class is the odd one out, because while the design is often referred to as "the ugly duckling", it's actually a very functional, low-maintenance loco! Or at least, it will be if it's anything like its real-world counterpart :P.
Hi Sam. very amusing video. It performed better than the tango haha. You could soon use it to pull a santa special, pulling some cheap wagons full of presents. You could do with a scrapyard scene on your layout with the 1361 loco being the first victim of the cutters torch. Stay safe and well. Cheers Chris.
Good Lord, these 3 engines are atrocious 😂 Listening to you berating the devil out of the 1361 and watching the thing itself trying to kill itself on every opportunity was all I needed for my day to be perfect 👌🏽 Also, the Q1 is the answer lol!
Polish Model Railroaders appreciate your video 🇵🇱 I was surprised to see you review a fictional Polish engine. I hope you'll do more Polish or even Piko models in the future. Thumbs up coming from Poland :D Greetings and Regards: Adam L
It looks like a typical PIKO locomotive from a start set (fictitious type). Your model is in Polish State Railways (PKP) version and it has series of a real 2-6-0 tender locomotive (Oi2 ex german BR24). A set with this locomotive, 2 passanger cars and a track oval (PIKO Starterset 97933) at PIKO Webshop costs 78€ (ca. 70£) so I guess 44£ for just the loco isn't a good price. The chassis is the same for the tender version and the tank engine from other PIKO Start sets (thats why there are holes for buffers on the rear). I think the tender is from the german BR55 locomotive (maybe little shortened)
My very first locomotive was just like this my dad bought it in the late 80's or early 90's (it's an ancient PIKO design that really hasn't changed a bit through the decades some early ones where made with steel frames and 9V motors also there's an other type made with the exact same frame and running gear that's a tank locomotive without the tender hence the holes for the buffers at the back, older ones where fitted with better quality motors but they're all kinda loud) and ran it a lot then later gifted it to me in 2007 the bearing surfaces in the frame worn out once but we put little seel bushings into them, they might be cheaply made but they are basically indestructible. Also worth mentioning that they where mostly sold in sets and where basically the only models people could afford in the Eastern Block.
Thanks a lot for sharing - yes I'm told this is a PIKO one - I bet yours was much better quality, for sure! Thanks for watching, Sam :)

@@SamsTrains Hi there, I'm probably very late to the party but I know those fairly well. The piece you have is a sh*ttier version of already sh*tty PIKO 50501 (often marked as DB98 003, but I tend to believe there is no such thing in reality). It shares the same drivetrain with the PIKO 50500, which is loosely based on the real DB80 and here is the history behind that: The series was started in about 1960's, but there was produced the "true" DB80 model with three axles, same body but different drivetrain and also a version for the startset (a toy basically). I don't know when they added the version with tender but in 1980's it already did exist. As the time went on, they simplified the drivetrain more into the one you have now. Nowadays you can only buy the "proper 3-axle" DB80 marketed as the DB80 and I believe those cheap ones do just carry the product code 50500 and 50501, but they are still based on the old DB80 toy 2-axle versions until now. I had the old 2-axle DB80 made in 1970's as a kid and I bought exactly the same recently again, so I actually own the older smaller sister of the loco you have here, but the drivetrain with gears is basically the same. You may see it in my 2021 Xmas layout vlog and I can eventually provide you with some details for comparison. Anyway, best regards form CZ! You do a great job with the cheap loco's reviews!

Just got my hands on two of the Chinese passenger cars that belong to this set. Interesting to see the difference in quality between the originals and Chinese version.
Thank you for changing El Cheapo. As a Latino American myself, while I wasn’t overly offended by the character, it’s nice not to have the stereotype of Latinx individuals on your channel. Well done! :)
Wikipedia has a nice article on the PKP classification system which just shows how wrong this one has been numbered O means mixed/stopping train traffic i means 2-6-0 or 0-6-2 2 means German or Prussian origin steam engine if they had used "b" instead of "i" then that would have at least meant a 0-4-0 . However I cannot find an Ob2 engine and Wiki doesn't list any either.
@@stepkneeboi exactly... half of these people would have an aneurysm if they heard half the stuff that came out of my mouth... I wonder how many Hispanics actually watch a British TH-camr whose focus is you trains...
@tiny table wargames Did the killing of George Floyd affect you personally? Probably not. Does that mean you shouldn’t care about systematic racism? Absolutely not. You dont need to be affected by an issue to take issue with it. If everyone thought like that, nothing would ever change.
hi sam. I think you should be less defensive about this stereotype problem. like i don't think you're a bad person or anything, but it's not a good thing to get defensive about something when people are concerned that you're perpetuating harmful stereotypes. It's a step in the right direction to refit the bit, but it feels kind of hollow with the way you did it.
I’m sorry, I do feel defensive. It’s been an incredibly rough year, and there’s a lot of nasty stuff in the world. When people seek to remove jokes or comedy from context in order to call them offensive or ‘cancel’ them, I do feel defensive, because as the trend continues, everything becomes off-limits, and we’ll find that we can’t laugh at ourselves anymore. This will be (and has already been) disruptive to the entertainment industry that I love. Distinctions must be made between offensive material with dangerous, malicious intent, and harmless entertainment intended purely to amuse. Not everyone has to feel as I do, and that’s a good thing. The fact that I disagree with the criticism here is perfectly acceptable too, though please recognise that I have now removed the character that was objected to.
@@SamsTrains this isn't about cancelling. this is about improving yourself so that you don't make the videos uncomfortable for some people. Comedy doesn't work in a vacuum. It's subjective. So that means what you think is funny might not be what others find funny, and if your audience doesn't like the joke, you're doing a bad job at relating to your audience. the trouble is that you weren't really laughing at *yourself*, you're laughing at another racial/ethnic/national group of people. Regardless of the intent that's how it's perceived. Also, I get it. We're all having a rough year. If you want to feel defensive then you're entitled to that. But we're grown ups here (albeit grown ups who like trains an awful lot, occasionally colorful talking ones), we don't have to show it. The distinction you mention is a useful one, and it's why I don't think you're a bad person. But just because you didn't do something harmful on purpose doesn't mean it wasn't a bad thing to do. I'm not really interested in continuing this back and forth, but I will say one last thing. It would be useful for you to consider why it's such a big deal that racist jokes are "off limits," why it's so important that you be able to make racist stereotypical jokes without criticism.
@@WhirligigGirl It's not about improving. It's about idiots like you trying to force others to capitulate to your evil, manipulative ideology wherein your made-up "offence" must be appeased at all times. Sam wants to have a Mexican character based on the traditional stereotype. He can. And we can all laugh at it. Just as the Japanese laugh as the traditional American stereotype of a blond, war-crazed soldier and Americans frequently laugh at the British stereotype of a hat-wearing, tea-drinking Bond villain. Don't pretend that you're a "grown up" when you're trying to condemn someone for not appealing to your insane, illiberal, authoritarian feelings.
It may look horrible but it runs better than some mainstream very expensive locos but to be honest it was originally made as a kids toy and someone on Ali express is selling them as proper models. So really I thought the score a bit harsh.
I would say that this train is inspired by the Polish train you Googled, but very loosely based on it. If you look at some of the "domes" (I don't know the proper name) they resemble those on that loco. If so, the loco it is derived from was originally a German class 24 which stayed in Poland after the war and got renamed. It actually did get that unusual Oi2 classification and number 29 is actually in preservation in Poland. There's even a Wikipedia page about it in English : en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DRG_Class_24 PS: I'm glad you were able to give El Cheapo something to do during this troubling time.
It wasnt kids on twitter it was full grown adults who are right. Theres no need to keep pedalling tired out stereotypes in this day and age. Honestly el cheapo annoyed me when it first turned up but Honestly this snarky response has rubbed me up the wrong way even more :( Yes its good to have fun and i love seeing your cheap and nasty reviews but the whole el cheapo thing really doesn't add anything. I normally love your wit and sarcasm especially when roasting companies but the first few mins of this have Honestly left me feeling disappointed. Can we all move forward and just leave the el cheapo character behind us? Full steam ahead and on to more great future vids! ❤
The majority of the accounts I looked at were around 15 years of age. Some of whom persisted in posting irrelevant images out of context in order to falsly push the narrative that I'm racist. The rest, rather than just not watching content they didn’t like, as an adult would, fought to try and ‘cancel’ it. Their age combined with their behaviour led me to the conclusion: children. As for being right, it was a subjective discussion - nobody is right and nobody is wrong. They felt El-cheapo was offensive, I did not. People are allowed to disagree. I approached the response the same way I do anything - through humour - but let it be known that I made changes, even though I didn't think they were necessary, because I do not want to offend people, and that matters to me. I'm sorry if it came across as snarky, but be reminded that I didn't agree with those assertions for reasons I've previously explained. Please don't feel disappointed - like all of my skits, they're designed to be meaningless. Don't waste your energy worrying or getting upset about this - try to read it as it was intended! Thanks for watching, Sam :)
I think a really cool series for Sam’s Trains would be to make this “convention ready” You could do up the mechanism, maybe 3d some parts, make this a savage model then maybe a charity auction for someone to take home after?!
This video is simply a barrel of laughs. The loco, it’s coupling ability, the. Just full sending it, the other locos and how they seem to break down on cue. I didn’t stop laughing for the whole second half of the video.
At some point I don't know if the tank engine and the tender are not two separated "trains", because at the end of the tank engine you have two holes to put some buffers... and as you said the level of detail is too diferent to just be a random thing...
This locomotive is from the Piko Hobby range, you can get them from some UK model shops like gaugemaster for £40, with a tank engine version for £35. Pretty cheap for German stuff tbh, this is their equivalent of Hornby's Smokey Joe basically. Seeing as this one is unboxed I'm guessing the seller split it from a train set or it's possibly even direct from factory for some reason given it's Ali Express. Also shows that Aii Express isn't always cheaper.
El Cheapo seems to have migrated over here to become an English Gentleman! I don't think that the old intro was offensive in any way, I quite enjoyed his exotic character, but the new one is very good too!
El Cheapo was a highly offensive stereotype towards the Hispanic community. Me and other members of this community were rightly outraged by this stereotype. Sure some may be ok with it but no matter how you look at it is a harmful stereotype that Sam refuses to take seriously
@@bigmac342 I disagree, I understand why you would be upset, but you must understand the this is a joke its ment to be humorous. There are stereotypes for all thing living and non living. Instead of handling this real issue seriously he just says everyone else is to blame since they can’t take a joke. Also telling someone to take a joke is a bit offensive. Everyone has a right to be offended by something.
I actually had this train back when I was high school and I got it as a set with 2 passenger cars and track (no controller) for $30 US but this was almost 20 years ago. It didn’t make near as much noise at that you have there. I also remember the brand being PIKO actually. They make other German style trains that are waaaaaay more realistic than this one I can tell you that. I ended trading it for some other odds and ends at my local railroad museum. From what I remember it didn’t stay long there so someone has it and is enjoying I hope. I have a ROCO 2-10-0 decapod that my dad and I modeled to make it look like a war train with weathering and sandbags on the engine. That one is a much better runner I can say that for a fact.
Hey Sam! I think you should covert the Heljan 1361 tank engine into a free wheeler, or turn it into a Smudger/Stanley type engine. Take the boiler, smokebox, and saddle tank, and put them next to the crane, it can then be useful as a steam generator.
I found it it's the SR Q1 "Ugly Duckling" a not so nice looking locomotive know for being one of if not the most powerful 0-6-0 steam locomotive built and operated in the U.K. The were built to boost the Southern Railway's good hauling capabilities that consisted of mostly Pre-grouping era locomotives like the LBSC K class and the S-15 or "goods arthurs" as they were sometimes called. If I remember correctly the S-15s and the BoB /West country class were the top of the food chain when it came to goods capabilities with the Q1s them selves following behind in maybe third place and to my knowledge the SR never bothered to build anything with more than 6 driving wheels , though, if my memory is correct a 4-8-0 based on S-15 was proposed but was ultimate considered un-economocle because the S-15s were good enough and if they were to heavy for certain routes the Q1s handle those particular routes and so the proposal was droped.
I somehow acquired one of these when I was about 7 and I remember it having an intense burning smell whenever I ran it, mine didnt have a tender either
I have a Hornby Class 08 Diesel from the “Mixed Traffic” DCC set that wobbles like that 1361. I believe it had been dropped at some time before I purchased it as one set of wheels appears to have a slightly miss aligned axle. Mind you, I bought the whole set “new” from a dealer

Cool stuff Mark, thanks a lot for the info! :D
"we may have _slliiiiiiigghhtly_ left 4 wheels behind..."
-the operator of that locomotive
It looks to me like parts of different models that were put together. The boiler, the cab and the tender are those of a German class 24. Some locos of that class remained in Poland after the war where they were reclassified as Oi2. However the chassis comes from something completely different: As you can see in the photo you found, the German 24/Polish Oi2 is a 2-6-0 and the driving wheels are bigger than those of the model. They also made some changes to the loco body. They added water tanks on the sides of the boiler, which doesn‘t make any sense in a tender engine, and unlike the prototype the model doesn‘t have deflectors.
Yes it really does look that way actually - I agree!!

Maybe you should retire el cheapo, and instead have, the Tat controller, the name goes well with that top hat

Thanks very much for sharing this - that clears up some of my questions!
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
Yes everyone's said that - I think that right!!

Thanks a lot for doing that - others have said the same thing - loco's got to be wrong then hasn't it?! :O
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
Decent German models make even the best of British outline seem as toys.
The locomotive looks like it should have more wheels is it also a tank locomotive trying to be a tender locomotive it's a very weird locomotive
Yeah! The real thing had more wheels, not that it's much to go by! ;D

you know, with a little bit of work (like shaving off the access plastic and opening the back end of the loco) and modding (like switching the motor out and placing it in the tender with a new set of pick ups though leaving the existing on the logo itself for lights/wiring for said lights) you would have a good loco in general for testing wagons and other stuff on the lay out

Yes I think that's exactly right - everyone's been saying that! Thanks for sharing,

It shares the same drivetrain with the PIKO 50500, which is loosely based on the real DB80 and here is the history behind that:
The series was started in about 1960's, but there was produced the "true" DB80 model with three axles, same body but different drivetrain and also a version for the startset (a toy basically).
You do a great job with the cheap loco's reviews!

Just as the Japanese laugh as the traditional American stereotype of a blond, war-crazed soldier and Americans frequently laugh at the British stereotype of a hat-wearing, tea-drinking Bond villain.

This locomotive is from the Piko Hobby range, you can get them from some UK model shops like gaugemaster for £40, with a tank engine version for £35. Seeing as this one is unboxed I'm guessing the seller split it from a train set or it's possibly even direct from factory for some reason given it's Ali Express. Also shows that Aii Express isn't always cheaper.
Thanks Scott - uh oh, so I overpaid then? lol! ;D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
El Cheapo seems to have migrated over here to become an English Gentleman!
I don't think that the old intro was offensive in any way, I quite enjoyed his exotic character, but the new one is very good too!
Yes - I was very surprised when he arrived! Of course it wasn't - but I don't want to upset anyone! ;D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
I've missed El Cheapo!!!
Me too :(
El Cheapo was a highly offensive stereotype towards the Hispanic community.
For Example: there are stereotypes for Chinese products, stereotypes for pitbulls, stereotypes about British people not being able to say Certain Syllables, Just to name a few stereotypes. They exist in everything because that's just the way people are. The thing is at the end of the day I don't get offended by the el cheapo thing because I can take a joke and I can see the humorin it. This channel is about model/toy trains and we are all hear to have fun. But In my opinion the most offensive thing about it is how cringy it is lol

Adam
@@adamrivera3327 look I get that but I just hate how Sam doesn’t understand why some would be upset. I would be fine if he just apologized and moved on. Hell I wasn’t even that upset when I first saw el cheapo but the way he handled it is what I had a promotion with. Instead of handling this real issue seriously he just says everyone else is to blame since they can’t take a joke. Also telling someone to take a joke is a bit offensive. Everyone has a right to be offended by something.
@@bigmac342 Shut up you bloody idiot.
Please bring back old el cheapo he was more funny
haha, I wish I could - the new guy is a real weirdo :/
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
Sam you are taking no prisoners in this review, love it.
haha thank you! :D
Very cool!! That's what others have said - this is PIKO apparently!
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
The PKP OI2 was a 2-6-0 steam locomotive with a tender which was built by the DR as class 24 ... What kind of thing was that supposed to be?
haha you're right - definitely not a class 24, lol! ;D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
why dont you make a layout in the frezzer for the helgen 1361? or store it in the frezzer so when you youse it the wheels wont lock up for a wile
haha great idea - I could try that! ;D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
Hey Sam! I think you should covert the Heljan 1361 tank engine into a free wheeler, or turn it into a Smudger/Stanley type engine.
Take the boiler, smokebox, and saddle tank, and put them next to the crane, it can then be useful as a steam generator.
haha maybe that'd be good - I'm sure it could manage that without disaster! ;D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
A ridiculously shambolic costume slapped together from badly made components is perfect for this series.
haha, I certainly thought so! ;D
Is it the green 262 tank engine on the last shot until the rating
Not quite, that sucks too! ;D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
What entertains me most, is the yellow sign warning "The catenary is under high voltage. Beware of electrocution" on steam loco :)
Well spotted - that's the one!! Thanks very much for all the info - fascinating machines! :D
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
Oh really?? I reckon you're right - got to have been dropped!
Thanks for watching, Sam :)
At 19:23 there is a Q1 in the back. Is that the ugly but good loco?
Yes that's the one!! Email me if you want your certificate! ;D
