The replay value is so great. I replay it every 2-3 years myself. There is simply no other game, that could pull the same string so to speak, when it comes to the combat system and the variety of weapons.
One of the best games ever, and personally my favourite game ever. Even at my big age I take the lessons of the prince’s mental resilience from this game (I first played it when I was 8 lol), it’s just an outrageously perfect game for me
If anyone plans on buying and playing on pc, please make sure to set the frame rate to 59 fps. You can do so through nvidia control panel likewise with AMDs. The game breaks like crazy if it runs over 60fps. Regardless love the video, this game has been one of my favourites of all time and like you, I always play this game once a year.

After playing PoP Classic on my iPad, I saw Warrior Within available in app store and was immediately hooked even though the touchscreen controls were just terrible. Later I played in on pc and have replayed it several times since. Even after 20 years, I still love the atmosphere, plattforming, combat system, story - one of my favorite games still!

I do hope they remaster or remake it at some time or at least make it backward compatible for the modern consoles, would love to play it again (don't have a PC). For me this is definutely the best POP. It certainly has its flaws, but the combat, the atmosphere, the constant tension, ambience, weapon variety, collectables and replayability is unmatched. I didn't like the sandwraith section as a kid, but replaying it now was my favorite part of the game. Enemies are tough when you have no health, but you can just abuse your sand powers and obliterate enemies, it felt like a massive power spike.
so great to see this coments about that game today, my favorite of all time, at the point to i have the same tattoo in my arm of the prince in this game, ahead of this game in story, plataforming and improviment of combat, tha same feeling as nemesis about the dahaka, i wish so hard a remake to this game, this game is so good, the backing track, the serious storyline, damn man, this game is heartbreaking

I found this game and antique store for $15 And i’ve never played this series before. I’m playing this on the gamecube and it might be the UAV cable. Obviously I don’t have the HD adapter for the GameCube but this game is murky. Also I feel like the camera itself is out to kill me but I feel like you want the far out camera whenever doing platforming and the close camera for combat. Otherwise passing through bladed pillars and hitting the fixed camera will walk backwards into the blade. Rewinding time feels like a Band-Aid for any other problems I feel like this game would be awesome on a second play through and right now it makes me appreciate Uncharted and Horizons a little more

But the creator of the franchise didn’t like the final result. Like how Roger Allers didn’t like how Kingdom of the Sun became The Emperor’s New Groove.

When you watch a review, the least thing anyone wants to see is YOU talking. Half of the video is with you doing weird face expressions and hand gestures. It's just cringe and weird. Also the voice sounds very non-enthusiastic, if that makes sense. I hope you improved meanwhile. Good luck!

Damm 18 years, I was 14 and the game was sometimes so hard but was amazing, always came back
While I dislike the stylistic changes made compared to its predecessor, mechanically it still works great. Fun look at the game.
