Sam Hartman was a failed experiment and we sacrificed our developed QB's for him. Karma came back and bit Freeman for his unwillingness to develop instead of grabbing a brass ring. Sportswriters who sang Hartman's praises are loath to criticize the QB and throw rocks and the OC and other coaches.
