The transfer situation in CFB is absurd. They need to reinstate the 1 year sitout. Someone these guys are moving multiple times. It's not good for the school or the player.

Brian you're right brother on everything you said about the NCAA transfer rules. I was a teenager in the 90s I remember a lot of those harsh rules when it came to transferring but Brian you are exactly right they need to do exactly what you just said needs to be in place. Got people making decisions getting paid for doing nothing. Just in 3 minutes with the way that you explained it could change the transferring rules. And the NCAA committee can't come up with what you just said. People in positions getting paid to do nothing. Terrible

Bryan, your argument to hold a kid out for a year when he transfers falls short in one major place. Do you think if Lorenzo Styles had to sit out next year at OSU, he wouldn't share what he knows about G. Parker's version of the ND offense with the team his brother plays on, which his father played on. To quote SD2mikes today: Come on man.

That's an absurd reason to not have that rule. Absurd. And if he's that kind of kid he's going to share the playbook anyway. I don't really care if he does.

Really chilly if a kid is immature enough to share a playbook. Coaches will change up signals for game week in these situations for what it’s worth

I thought this transfer portal might make things a little odd but this is really getting crazy.
