Normal Takoradi ? What does that mean. Do you know most of Ghana's export resources, leave Ghana's shores from normal Takoradi. Most of the wealth the country generates is supported by this city's port. Because successive governments do NOT have the vision to develop railways or other transports those exports (and imports) use the road network to and from 'normal' Takoradi. The biggest scandal is that the state is pleading poverty that it cannot raise a mere $55m to fund this project. And yet just one of its minister's has that amount of our cash stashed in just one of her bedrooms in her home, only for her domestic workers to steal some. Look at the new bulk ore plant built privately at Takoradi, the investors knew that such an investment would soon be covered by profits of our countries resources. Yet our useless government cannot see that same opportunity to build and fund this project. Maybe there was an alternative but it just shows the sub-normal standard of leadership we have enabled by the sub-normal sycophant electorate. It is about time this all stopped and we moved forward !
