    Hello friends,
Welcome back to my channel- Dr Navami’s vlogs .
Today I have shared with you a travel guide to Mookambika temple from Trivandrum. I started my journey from Trivandrum central railway station in Veravel Express Train to Byndoor, Karnataka. This train is available on all Mondays which starts from Trivandrum at 3.45 pm and mostly reaches Byndoor on next day morning around 7 am.
Mookambika temple is located in Kollur in Udupi district in Karnataka. Mookambika devi temple was constructed in 8th century by a Vedic guru called Adishankaracharya. Mookambika is the union of Adipara Shakthi and Parabramha as the Linga has integrated on its left side "Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi and Maha Saraswathi".It is situated in the foothills of Kodachadri hills, on the southern bank of Souparnika River.
The legend of Mookambika devi has been described in this video. Pilgrims from all over India visit mookambika temple. Mookambika temple is usually crowded during March during the festival season and in Navarathri festival season during October. Mookambika devi is known to impart us with courage , knowledge and strength.
