They have moments but they are not too flashy, if someone carefully looked at the scenes from when they were genins(especially the manga, it portrayed Sakura in a better way and their moments were shown properly), they would clearly see Sasuke always had a soft spot in heart for Sakura but he hid them for revenge and that revenge consumed him so much that he only realized his feelings for Sakura, which were always buried deep in his heart , after losing his arm and almost bleeding to death with Naruto.
