You know, using a Mustang to ram an Acura(?) at 155mph then doing donuts in the gravel after is about the most American thing you could have done in that situation. Only other way to make it more 'Murican would be to have a post race interview where, when asked about the situation, you respond with "you know, if he didn't want to get hit, he shoulda stayed in the pit! RUBBINS RACIN, BABY! WOO!"

I just fixed my brake pedal calibration and holy crap, I can’t believe I’ve been driving around with half braking power. I’m at least in the 28s now so this has really lifted my spirits!

I've always found you to be a likable fella and that's the only reason I subscribed to yer channel. I've never been disappointed by any of yer antics because I think you're a good pilot, both at your computer gear and in real life. You maybe wouldn't make it as an F1 driver but who knows, lesser pilots have made it through so I still have hopes. Cheerio lad.

I can 100% vouch for steve on the wheel freaking out. I have a GT DD pro, and the same Mclaren wheel he's using and had the wheel lock up and was unable to do anything about it. Very strange. Only happened once for me in GT7

I tried a bunch of cars in quali for this race and found the Mustang and AMG as my fastest. I am playing on controller with auto though so will be very different to the top guys.
Love your commentary Steve. I listen to YT while I work and even without watching your videos are enjoyable. I do flick back for a quick view when certain things happen though.

I have the same problem in sector 2, try taking later apexes especially at the first left hander, that sets you up quite nicely for the second one.

Hi Steve im having the same problem with the same setup. DD1 Podium V3 pedals PS5 etc. The only thing is Fanatec is not acknowledging the problem. The first thing they say is its maybe a ground problem or something on your side but that isn’t the case. Its a very anoying problem and you won’t expect it from a high quality product like the DD1. I hope Fanatec see this video and will do something.

i was surprised how clean it was for u to take a move at 1:28 , when i do something like that, the other guy tends to ram into my car and rammed me off track on the very next turn... fyi, i m in rank B in Asia region, most of my opponents r from Japan and Australia ... anyway, sometimes when they take a move on me like that with slight contacts, my SR rating went down for some reason too 😅
In my country a Simagic GTS+Alpha Mini is cheaper by about $70 than a Fanatec CSLDD+MCL GT3 because of the Fanatec distributor’s insane markups. This video really brought it home that I should not buy Fanatec locally.

I find these random wheel freezes are happening alot...with all devices... just last night I was doing a race where we had a standing start with false start on....i got off the brakes EPICLY!!! the car did not get the memo...stayed there revving and I caused a calamity on the start line

I finally got to the point of competing up front in Sport mode. In this race yesterday I got a few podiums and within a half second of my first win, then the next race it bumped up my driver skill level and now I'm at the back of the pack again :(

I’ve had wheel disconnects like that in GT7 also, I believe it’s got something to do with leaving the game open while the PS5 is in rest mode
I won a recent manufacture’s race, as much as it is a regular race, im so happy.
Super GT uploading is becoming more consistent than Barry R meetings.

make sure your on the power before the apex out of T1, T2 (or 3 after the kink?) turn in later and harder so the car is much straighter when you get on the power
