No. Everything in the aspen has nonstock wiring. Stand alone.

I've tried looking up information on what exactly I need to install an aftermarket stereo on my 2007 Chrysler Aspen, I do have the Alpine system it comes with from the factory, so do I need a specific wiring harness or anything else in order to install an aftermarket stereo? Thanks in advance.

There's 3 styles.
Also 3 applications: Alpine w/Navigation
Alpine wo/navigation
Standard system
Mine is stand alone. Ipad signal to amps, amps to speakers. Nothing stock but that was my route because the ipad was a better choice even over the best Double Din head units. It cant be beat.
