I recently bought a Florence travel spray and it’s beautiful. I typically go for cozy, woodsy fragrances and some sweet but this floral has me in love. I bought a full size as well as the hair fragrance, and used my Sephora points for the mini to keep at my fiancé’s house. I returned Burberry Her because of its entirely too sweet scent that made me nauseous and I’m looking forward to another Tocca delight to replace it with. I think Florence is going to be my signature, though. She makes me feel so happy and feminine.

It can be hard to obtain certain fragrances in the UK (I have discovered Harvey Nicholls department stores has Tocca - at a price!), though they currently have a discovery set I shall pick up, before they all go. My birthday is imminent - hoping to get a full-sized summ'un, possibly, maybe...(or else treat myself to it). Thank you, sis - edutainment right here 👌
Ok I just had to tell you how corrected I stand. 🤣🤣 After I complained bitterly about the Discovery set I bought, I pulled it together and started wearing them. Once I got past the shock of a whole new genre of notes, the florals, I am really enjoying these so so much. This is only my 3rd discovery/sample set, so it's a very new learning curve. My process is to wear each one before going to bed and see what I wake up with. Once I've cycled through them, I'll start again, picking up nuances along the way. Some lovely surprises so far: I always say I don't like rose, and I wouldn't reach for it, but Gia really got me with the Turkish rose bomb right at the start! And today, after just telling someone at work I don't like aquatic scents, I just fell in love with Simone. 🤣🤣 Very much looking forward to your incredible insights. ❣❣
