The outside looks like a human organ! LOL! Looks delicious! Did our ancestors make Christmas pudding months ahead, and stored it under the beds, where it was much cooler, to give it time for flavors to develop? We eat our steamed Christmas pudding with a delicious butter rum sauce over it!
