How to Setup a Caridina Shrimp Tank In depth guide

- Hello everyone and welcome back to Chris Aquatics In todays Video we are setting up a Caridina tank and I will show you how I made mine from start to finish across 6 and a half weeks I hope you enjoy

Now just a quick Disclaimer the only things you truly need for the setup are the tank light filter and some java moss, the other things I added were purely for my interest however you can do many things with a low budget totally up to you guys
Also this is my first attempt at making a setup like this so I class myself as a beginner and by all means am not a professional.

currently I cycle my tank inside got some live plants. I never add those bacterial powder. I just do " ghost feeding " crush some fish pellet to power and put inside the tank. So far my tank already running for two weeks. those live plants are not from container is i buy take from the fish pet store tank. I heard some claim like this also speed up the cycle as the plants got some biofilm? Now the problem I don't have test kit to test the water. Is there a rough sign to tell your tank is ready for shrimp? I plan to rear Neocaridina shrimp. Not those fancy expensive caridina ones. Thanks.

Haha I was thinking to let the shrimp do that instead it will certainly be more even in the update video
