I feel that the rhythm lays out the foundation and you build on it. For la música tropical, I let the rhythm and percussion lead me, but it is on me to interpret it. This easy alone, but has to be necessarily compromised or "negotiated" with a partner.
Dancing was excellent, as expected. The video editing(captions) was surprisingly good. Have you been brushing up your skills in that department or did you outsource that job to someone else?
