Ingredients:
200 g cooked tuna (1 cup)
125 g of cheese spread (1/2 cup)
1 onion
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 small handful of chives
1 teaspoon of mustard
Pepper

Oh thank you! I was trying to figure out what “cheese spread” was - I though it might be cream cheese but his looked creamier and not as firm
What kind of cream cheese? I used Philadelphia cream cheese and it didn’t work

I am really enjoying your recipes, and love trying to read the French to bring back words that I may have learned more than 50 years ago! I am wondering, though, what "cheese spread" is. You use it much like we would use Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise. Otherwise, I'm thinking maybe a whipped cream cheese? Is "cheese spread" something different?

Certains congèle la rillettes maison, je préfère éviter. Oui elles peuvent être stérilisées (45 min de mon côté).
