I currently have the MSI GF63 THIN and i dont recommend it if you're a COD player or R6S!! The drivers are outdated and you'll get that "drivers outdated" pop up when you download high end games like those. Fortnite, Valorant, and other mid games run perfect but it barely handles Minecraft and it gets hot really easily no matter what fan mode you have it on. I only use it for entertainment and Valorant.

Laptop comes with a premium price tag, however has a lot to offer which desktop doesn't i..e Outdoor usage, Portability, Battery usage, adjust the devide instead of adjusting your body to get the right angle etc. Not to mention laptops have lesser impact on electricity bills. and no i dont agree with the list , why ? because pure base specs alone are not the only thing that matter . for example , did you know that without the manufacturer ordering a beefy cooler and proper higher tdp , some laptop 3080's are only as good as 3070's with proper cooling and higher tdp ? (same with bad 3070's vs good 3060's really) so a manufacturer putting a higher tdp on a laptop gpu plus a beefier cooler , WILL , make a big difference fps wise in so much of these 1440p laptops . edit : and dont get me started on the mux switch subject . because yes , every , fucking , laptop , above 1000USD (or its equivalent in your country) should have a mux switch , PERIOD !
This is out of date and behind the times as there are far better alternatives out there for the same or less money with higher specs (newer faster components)
Asus is trash. Let me explain. I've owned two ASUS gaming laptops in my lifetime. One of them pricing at $3,100 and the other pricing at $2,300. I had nothing but issues with these laptops. First of all the hinges on the Asus laptops tend to break within a year and actually the most expensive one I owned broke shortly before a year. Second off I've had a lot of compatibility issues when downloading games when using ASUS. I'm not sure what really causes the issue but I had to send both laptops in about three times just to fix these issues and even then more issues came up after getting them fixed and on top of that all the drivers don't automatically update so you'll have to manually do that over time and if you don't you simply won't be able to use the laptop the way you intended unless you really know what you're doing. I switched over to a $700 Acer just to see the difference and it was far better than the ASUS laptops I bought for triple the price. Another problem is that they tend to overheat. This video is doing nothing but just trying to sell laptops that paid them the most to put them at the top of the list. Don't fall for this.
Just returned an expensive zephyrus duo 16. It wasn't working right out of the box, top screen flickered white until an update was ran, it ran intermitantly hot when doing basic tasks. Minecraft was hitting 99C, let me repeat, 99C on the CPUs, Minecraft. I then had a BSOD and had to restart, my bluetooth some how got corrupted and deleted itself. I tried doing a reset, that didn't do any good and the AMD program disappeared, apparently it wasn't a part of the factory set up, brilliant. Also kept experiencing BSODs. I did some research, I am not the only one to buy this laptop with the exact same results and problems. Asus is releasing flawed products then having people who are paid to promote them.
