I have a tip for shoulders if this helps! So you know how in old Renaissance sculptures there is kinda like a triangle shape where the neck ends in headshot sculptures? (Just look up headshot sculptures lol) so when you finish the head, add that line to end it like you're only drawing the head and neck. Well then you take the edge and draw the shoulders in, it makes it much easier to draw shoulders because you already have that line of how long it needs to be! (I'm horrible at explaining things ik I hope you can understand lolll)
When u did the second drawing I thought “I might try doing a hand up” and u did that I swear!! U need a lot of skill to do this so I’m incredibly impressed!
I tend to struggle a lot with poses, but this really helps!! I’ve been trying to do poses with a stronger line of action, cause that also helps develop your art style, and your drawings look more lively! Have an amazing week Hershey!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This really helped me out with proportions, and just in general. THANK YOU!

Same gurl but when i watched sparkle drawz tips i started using tutorials alot to learn and the main part i learned is- break down the bodies and things into simple shapes and it is ok to use references for poses or for leveling it drawing and it is ok if ur drawings look bad 😞 but we still learn smth new and no one is self taught.

By the power of 3d references I give you ANATOMY. Seriously though if you’re learning 3d models are a great way. Don’t feel guilty, you have to have quite a bit of knowledge of art in order to use them correctly. I use them and I try not to make myself feel guilty because I can draw bodies fairly well but it’s still definitely a struggle sometimes

Shoulders are hard to draw at first but once yall get the hang off it, its really addicting to draw 💫
