I think government should increase the salary of IAS officers. Because comparing to their responsibilities . Their salary is low. Because if their salary is good then they will not do corruption

I left preparation for CSE after interacting with my Area's SDm. he is an IAS of the 2018 batch. he proved Bureaucracy= Bureacruptcy . 99% IAS joining only to serve Elite Class people.

True sir.... It's such a frustrating scene to watch an A-GRADE OFFICERS/DIRECTORS being too greedy .... Which leads to deteriorating the lives of weaker sections...... Humans can scare by their acts upto any extent...

@@manojgorain620 man I belong from northeast Arunachal Pradesh.... Here one can witness the level of freedom bureaucrats are enjoying due to lack of media attention, maybe intelligence department.... It's sad.... To see union centre providing us various welfare schemes but all implemented only on paper.... Even outsider bureaucrats are enjoying those rights without any hinder here maybe in rest of northeast as well....

. I am 29 years old , left the job , unmarried because of some reason , could not finished my study during the time 19-20 years cause some personal reason . Now I am preparing and doing graduation.
