    I remember a story about an autistic boy in the US (?) who just ate beans on toast. I don't know what sort of beans or what sort of bread or if he took any multi-vitamin but he did this year in, year out and by all accounts, he was in perfect health. What would you say about such a diet?...

      You know, people are lying. I found that article and it had lot of "red flags". Like he is 25 years old, unemployed. "Ever since I can remember I have only eaten beans, toast and chips," "My mum used to give me plates of other food for me to try and I would just throw it on the floor. I would only eat beans." So his mother didnt even took him to the doctor? And he decided to go to the doctor because he read an article about how a girl died because of a bad diet?
