I thought this was going to be good until I realized you got legendary perk cards. I’m only a level 204 and I’m a bloodied build who wants to try a bloodied heavy gunner build. Any recommendations on regular perks?

Lifegiver it doesn't work if you're bloodied, you just have a longer bar and that's it. For those who play full life it is excellent but not for bloodied ones
Sadly no, I thought so too but in the end you just get a longer life bar without an increase in anything. i had tested that card and unfortunately it didn't increase anything other than having a longer health bar full of radiation. You have the possibility not to die if you play at full life but if you play bloodied nothing changes having 45 health points more or less because you still need to have a low bar to do damage and have resistance so there is always the risk of dying but at this point, the "sentinel" perk on the armor and the "brazen luck and ballistic ricochet" cards are right up your alley allowing you to survive longer.
Basically you don't need 45 more health if you always have to stay below 20% health and cards like radicool and fury nerd already reach their limit even without life giver

I found out that aa2525 is best of a heavy crit build. I used a b50c15r & so far aa is best. Now for regular mobs, would recommend b2590/15r instead
