Thank you. It worked. Finally I get my own nice ghee. Before I used to beat the Malai into butter and then make ghee out of butter. It was always a mess and the ghee didn't come out clear. It was still protein in it...But your method works really well👍and this left over protein I mix with Bura and elaichi and get some burfi style sweet🙏😀

Very nice. You can use one tea spoon salt instead of lemon, salt gives very good crystals of ghee and fasten the process. Similarly throwing leftover of milk use can add in making vegetable making. This leftover is very high in proteins and has natural khatas. Just my suggestions. Thanx.
