I purchased Land in Arizona 4 Years ago (20 Acres) for just under $1000 per acre, I live there now Yavapai County and YES, the Restrictions are absolutely rediculous.. 👍🤠

i have 40 acres a little north of St Johns in Apache County, AZ. Love my land! Terrain is absolutely gorgeous. Roads can be a challenge, however. Sticky clay when it gets wet. Nasty stuff.
When you buy larger lots, it gets cheaper. I paid about $38K for 40 acres back in 2011. (Moved here from the Soviet Socialist Republic of Oregonistan, where you live. Hahaha.) I actually live in the Phx metro area, but I get up the property as often as I can.
