  • Years of hindsight and user feedback have gone into updating the Expert Sleepers FH-1 and brought us the new FH-2 with online editor and screen and much simpler interface. The FH-2 is a USB host/interface for accurate control and interaction between various gear.

I don't know how I missed this, though I guess it's understandable considering what news keeps coming out recently :)
That looks like and amazing update to an already OVERWHELMINGLY cool module! It's ridiculous what this guy keeps coming up with.

wouldn't be cool if we could have that neat tuning feature (or maybe it's in there already) that scans the pitch of the oscillator and makes a profile of it.

No current plans, but it's a pleasure to work with Os so maybe in the future.

Could not understand the way he sets it up for polyphony. Is he using a few different oscillators in that patch?

I don't have the FH-2 so I can't comment, but hopefully something that will be updated if there's issues.

Thinking about the FH-2 to have CV i/o between PC running Propellerhead Reason & my little modular set-up. Was originally looking at the ES-8 for audio i/o as well as CV. But the ES-8 is around $749 over here in Aus, where as the FH-2 is much less at around $449. I have audio i/o via my audio interface to the Kilpatrick Phenol. So thinking now the FH-2 makes more sense. Are there any other options for computer interface in eurorack with CV i/o? I've seen several that support output but only the ES stuff with input.

I think Expert Sleepers will be the way to go for you to get everything connected. You can always run your set up and ideas past Os at Expert Sleepers or Rubadub (the distributors for ES) to make sure you pick the right thing.
