Nice video guys, I bought a 2006 650 H1 over the summer. It was wrecked and needs a lot of work but I'm slowly getting it back to its former glory days
We had access to the repair manual and wiring diagram and just did our diagnostics coming in&out of the starting /charging system until we narrowed it down to the flywheel , in our case this quad was a basketcase when we got it and after all the work we did it was harder to diagnose the spark problem but we did figure it out eventually
@@905garage5 I've got a 2012 cat 700efi. its a basket case too. I've done all the wiring repairs except for the magneto, that's next. the factory paint on the frame is garbage and is nearly all gone. she's burning oil pretty good too, spark plug is gummed up after a few miles on the new one and it blows smoke when on the throttle. I'm just going to pull the motor when replacing the magneto and I will try to resolve the oil issue. do you know if the 650 and 700efi are close to the same motor? also do you have a good source for ArcticCat engine parts?
