I used to have really acne no matter how I took care of myself. It's so painful. I'm just glad it's all in the past now cos it affects you in all ways mentally and emotionally. You need to be really strong and self sufficient to be able to face the world with a face like this.

I can't get over how some of these people's comments are complaining about how you should squeeze more and get it all out and on and on and on. Listen people, 1 This is not you, 2 it is painful as hell, 3 she is opening them up so meds can get in , 4 she will work on him again next visit. 5 you can't get it done all in one shot. So please think of the client before you think of yourself and about what you think or how you would do it and on and on and on. Same ole complaining. Please post the link to your channel so we can see your technique and your clients? Some of you people act like you know more then her and could do it better. So please post link so I can see and others. It is about her client, not about getting your fix for the day...and I am sure I will get some hateful comments come back at me, but that's okay. I watch these videos and as satisfying, relaxing and calming that they are, all I can think about is how painful that must be. I get one blackhead on my lip or neck, and it can bring me to tears due to it veing a sensitive area. These people are troopers, man! Although its undeniably excruciating, I can just imagine how clean and amazing they must feel afterwards.
Frustrates the heck out of me that they hardly ever squeeze the zit fully 🤦 but I'm also fully aware how bloody painful it probably is 😯 so keep up the great work and I'll work on my frustration problems 🤣

You don’t pull out ingrown hairs if they’re attached or they will likely become ingrown when they grow back. Better to release and leave it protruding.

Smaller surface area, breaks up loculations. You use it on large infected pores that feel 'hard' to the touch, meaning there is more under the skin but pushing on it with ne more painful and cause lots of bruising.

I understand some of them do it to get the smaller ones out of the way because the larger ones are more sensitive, but it seems to me that you're better off just going in order of proximity. If you make all the small ones hurt and then do the ones that REALLY hurt, isn't that harder on your client? Anyway, THANK YOU for this video!
Yes it looks like it wouldn't take much to get infected, I know it would hurt but I'd soak it with very warm salt water natural disinfectant can't beat it for getting something to heal

I don't think they realize how much it hurts when they scrape the inflamed ones so hard with the gauze. I'd rather have them press more for the cysts to finally come out than have someone scratching the area.
I have asthma and I cough if I come into contact with a trigger. Perfume and industrial cleaners are bad for me. Now I feel guilty when I cough even wearing a mask. It isn’t always COVID.
SAC DEP Spa serves all people w/ facial appearances & this is a very unique case. The skin is very delicate & needs care 2 get back 2 "normal." There r very bad pimples in certain areas. Then extreme deep ones in other areas w/ bleeding issues. SPC DEP Spa staff will keep u involved.
I'd love to see a dermatologist react to some of these videos . I seen one on tiktok do it to one where they were doing a face with big cyst ones . The dermatologist looked like he was going to have heart attack 🤣. He said it'll just destroy the face and cause more problems .

1st those two large "angry " red ones she didn't even attempt to finish are just going get worse because now they are open to gather more bacteria to ad to the still festering stuff. So frustrating to watch.
Can you hear the client is in pain? She is opening them up and the medicine will get in there better now, and next time she will work on them again. You can't just dive in and squeeze and squeeze at first...think of the client .
@@cherylann1962 finally a great answer for why she does what she does. If we do it ourselves,, we know how much we can squeeze before we reach our limit...the technicians don’t. They have to rely on the patient’s movements and sounds.

This was not this clients first session and this is definitely why so many people especially those of us who have had an inflamed and or infected pore gets upset when she moves on and leaves sebum literally hanging out of some pores.
It's interesting seeing this done versus a US dermatologist (and also having it done for a few minor ones myself) they /always/ use anesthetic. Like, novacain or something is given, but at these spas they get nothing. Very painful I can only imagine.
