I think this IS the way their govt is helping. (Keeps at least one person employed on a daily basis, right?) Plus it doesn't require expensive gas like a boat would, or damage the water supply with chemicals to eliminate the weeds. I was staggered by these massive floating weed islands off in the distance, despite him clearing the clogged spillway road! Amazing! No wonder the man has turned it into a TH-cam channel. Very interesting to watch. I enjoy learning about other cultures and their practices.
