      @@completebadmintontraining9785 Mainly rear-court overheads. Some players fully extend the arm prior to playing the stroke, whereas others have the arm bent and unfold it during the jump, so I'm curious as to what the differences/merits are of the two approaches. To clarify, I'm thinking of overheads involving scissor jumps rather than a two-legged jump.
