IU was a trainee at age 14 and debuted at age 15. In the first half of this reaction, in more interested in you sipping your coffee(?) and your juice box. You should do a small mukbang HAHAHAHAAHA. I really love this interview cuz she gave so many spoilers for next yr so I'm thankful for Suga inviting her.
this show has to continue. it's just so refreshing, charming and enlightening. and I loved that old and non iu fans could get something from this interview
As someone else mentioned...Suga was a guest on IU's talk show "Palette". I highly recommend you watching her episodes that the boys have been on. You would love those shows. I remember JHope and V's appearances vividly. Because. She also sings with them on her show....with a Live Band. She is also a very good interviewer. I don't remember Jin or RM or JK on her show. And they didn't just work on "Eight". She sang on Suga's D-Day album. "People, Part 2". A side note. Throughout the years, JK had a crush on IU. And was mercilessly teased by the other members because JK was sweet on her. I always wondered how JK felt knowing Suga had worked with her so many times. And JK has been to IU'S concerts. He was filmed skipping into the performance arena. I would love for Suga and IU to continue working together again. And Suga does invite her to make a guest appearance at his next solo concert. So it will come true. You can tell they enjoy each other. And respect each other. Great chemistry between them. She recently became engaged to her boyfriend, añ actor.
Suga's emotional concert. Also, it was the end of his tour. He had held his emotions in for all those other concerts. And it's true ...as I have experienced..the last show you perform in ..is so full of emotions. And during that last curtain call...we were all crying. Happy we made it all the way through. Sad it's over. You just let go and let it all out!
Actually they're not engaged yet((: I really do hope Jungkook would have the courage to approach her for a dream collab because I remember when fans were requesting him to appear on variety shows for promotion he mentioned Pallette because a fan brought it up in the comments and he said the members went there too (he only considers going to variety shows if the other members have already done it)
Suchwita is the best music talk show. At 13 I decided I was an utterly miserable introvert so I studied other people to learn how to socialise and make friends. I was invited to every party by the time I was 16. Then I became selective about friendships. By the time I started college the first years thought I must be a second year because I was mature and confident quickly networking the third years to find the best landlords and flats so I could find one before it was advertised. The next time I changed was when I became a mother, then again when I had to make the best out of being disabled. So I have fundamentally maintained a fluidity. I am fundamentaly adaptable. Like humanity as a whole. After all we are the most adaptable animal. Occupying the earth from artic tundra to dessert oasis. So many people make themselves miserable by trapping themselves in prisons of their own belief that their realities and personalities are immutable.
sometimes i really wish i had time to join your lives because the lack of information being given to you is insane, jieun (iu) and yoongi are quite close, they're both the same age and there aren't many 93s in the industry, this shows in the fact that yoongi was who she went to when she asked for joons number
There were several of us in the chat giving him that same info, but the chat can go by pretty fast and when he's zoned in on the content he can miss bits of the chat 😅
The best interview shows I have ever seen come from South Korea. I am in awe of Suga in his role as host, and also equally am in awe of IU on Her Palette show. So delightful and full of pertinent and fun conversations!!!
IU was Jungkook's ideal type back in the day and i don't blame him! He played her music on Bon Voyage and In The Soop episodes...He even attended her concert 2 days in a row last year...so he's a dedicated Uaena (fandom name)...he released 2 versions of her song Ending Scene in 2019, and the most iconic footage is Jungkook fanboying over IU at MMA 2017.
Thank you for this reaction, Roscoe! IU is so wonderful - she looks so cute and sweet yet is so no-nonsense. They are so obviously comfortable with each other because they bicker like siblings, lol! More power to IU, I hope she does that world tour so that international fans can enjoy her crystalline voice. I love how Yoongi effortlessly matches his hosting style with the guest's character and relationship to him. Hope there's more Suchwita to come, really missing these guys. Also, totally agree with what you said about the contrast between these celebrities' humility in success and the hubris of people on the other side of celebrity life as they become more successful. I can't remember his name, but there was an actor who was referring to himself in the third person during an interview. Probably why I have so much love and respect for the Bangtan boys.
Every time Yoongi is walking in during the intro to this show, for a split second I think it’s JK. LOL You can tell that IU and Suga are very comfortable with each other.
Yoongi said he cried because of all the emotions he felt from the past as well as knowing his seniors were in the audience to see him in his final performance. The last concert was so emotional. I would love another IU/Yoongi collab...something light and fun.
I get sibling vibes from these two. And IU comes across as the stronger personality which is something I never thought I'd say with regards to our Savage Cat 🤷
tbh I'm froma european country and there's not that much cereal either. There's a round one that has like two flavours, corn one that's made by maybe three brands, donut shape honey ones, square ones, one like pillow shaped and then different flavours of oat flakes with fruit and chocolate and nuts. That's about it. At least the ones most people eat, unless you're fancy and get them from other places.
please react to more woodz! he just released a single album that has "amnesia" and "behind". i would also suggest watching his last live stage clip of who knows and dirt on my leather on his official channel.
Man, if IU really going to do her first ever World Tour next year, she's going to break every record worldwide too, not just in Korea.
Fully agree

They have met before. He was on her show IU pallete. They have songs together. So they aren’t strangers.

I recommend the Palette episodes with Suga, Jhope, and Taehyung. The interviews are very fun and well-researched.
They really do have the best energy. I’m a stan of their friendship. It’s just warm and fun. 😊

Yeah and she is also close with V too. I feel like she is that celebrity that is friends with almost everyone in the industry.

Maybe that's the campus where IU's brother studied, her brother studied in the US some time ago

I love when they get together...
They are so comfortable and enjoy each other so fun to watch them❤

I don’t see that at all. They both have really strong personality.

Yes, he said his whole life, jurny flashed in his head so he couldn't hold it in❤❤❤
@49:49 I completely agree. I have not heard it said that way. Thank you!
I was waiting for someone to react to this episode 💜💜
no product placement fee not going to name the cereal.
I miss my couch crew and my captain, love you!!! ❤
Well it's not their first official show interview together, they did an episode of 'iu palette' couple month ago so it kind of natural i guess
