95 percent will never ride the V85tt like you just did. Nor could! Thank you Jamie for showing us what can be done if you have the skill. As always great riding.
America is truly an amazing place...
Wish I lived there for exploring like this!
I think it is the best off road video test for MG V85TT! I didn't think the v85tt would be able to handle this kind of driving! I enjoyed this video a lot. Thank you!
My v85 has no problem cruising at 85 to 90 for hours with luggage and camping gear Handles the twisties very well. Lets not forget- shaft drive and tubeless(2021 n up).
The straight cut gears sound absolutely beautiful!
The italian Art 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
It's always a pleasure watching you ride. Whether onroad or off.
It’s always fun to watch your chronicles of freedom. When I can’t ride I live viscerally through you. 😎
Love that!
I love adventure bikes; especially those with a 19 inches front wheel. I wanted a new one this summer. Since last 6 months, i hesitated a lot between the V85TT Travel, the F750GS, the V-Strom 650/1050 XT & the Tiger 900 GT. I finally bought a Tiger 900 GT (not the Pro; to much expensive) & after 2650 km: it is 100% best choice for me. I love ❤️ my new Tiger.
You dont need much to have a great motorcycle. Great looks, awsome stock sound, no lube in the chain, good overall machine. I want one. Future clássic for shure
Moto guzzi best bikes ever!!!
I know, I’ve got two of them. A V85TT and a V9 bobber
Nice Vid..it looked like that trail was in the comfort zone of the guzzi with those tires on it.
Nice sounding engine 👌🏻
That ride looked challengingly awesome!
For a bike intended to be 80% asphalt and 20% dirt……it did very well
Great riding!
Thanks buddy!
impresionante el sonido del motor.
That is amazing thing that all i want to do after work
Please do some trip with your Scrambler
i love to here the sound ❤️
Now go out there and test all the other adv bikes on this road, awsome video!
GoPros are notoriously bad at showing the severity of terrain, but even in this I saw a fair few spots that would’ve had me puckering, especially at those speeds on a heavy adv bike.
Also, good on Guzzi for realizing the TT really needed tubeless rims and making the change on the newer bikes.
When are you going to go for a rip on a Ducati Desert Sled? Seems right up your alley.
I saw a used one up close at the BMW dealer. Pretty cool thanks Mark.
Going to the dealership Monday to check out this V85TT 🤔
SKILLS!
That was an extreme ride for that kind of a bike. Well done! 👍 I seriously consider it as my next bike. My objections, first the lack of a center stand, as standard and second and most important, the tubed tyres on an ADV bike. I test rode it and it is really sweet!
What is the tyre pressure you got?
love it 👍👍👍
Looks like lots of fun!
Where’s the juicy big burger 🍔? 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It’s time to stop for a 🍔!!
Time to stop for a burrgah
Just get on your bike and get a burgah :)
The best channel I came across am a g8 fan of locations and camera work and g8 wrk sirji
Awesome bud cheers 👍🏻
Awesome!
208kg that's featherweight compared to other bikes
Interesting that my ‘10 mazda3 makes that same whirring noise when gassing it in 5th gear on a smooth road
You probably need bearing on the Mazda, what you’re hearing here is the drive shaft
Adventure bikes are a blast, but this bike really just looks like a street bike with an Adventure name tag. It seems like its making you work a lot harder even for basic dirt riding which even the worst adventure bikes should handle without effort.
have a hard time with the idea of spending the same amount on this bike when it performs so poorly off road, has less horsepower, and is more delicate because of the shaft drive... An 890 Adventure R or a Norden 901 would be a much better buy at the exact same price point with better power, better electronics, better offroad abilities, and no need to worry about a shaft drive holding you back both performance and maintenance wise.
What maintenance on the shaft?I respect your opinion sir but I think you are slightly biased 😅
This bike is better on road then the Norden or the 890r and bo doubt the other 2 are better off road then the Guzzi but you can't say it's a bad performing bike given the nature of it...
505lbs, damn
💪👍
👍💪✌️
Just found out they run tubeless tyres but are in fact tubed!you don't want to be removing wheels and tyres in the middle of nowhere....That's a definite negative point if it is true!
I don’t know of many adv bikes with spoked wheels that run tubeless. This bike is on par with the rest of the class.
And, the positive-the rims have a bead, so convert them to tubeless yourself, then you can run with the beemers ;)
@@dirkstuff surely tubeless is better though, quick easy to repair if you're out in the six somewhere, don't want to be pulling wheels out taking tyres off ,I was just surprised that's all im not the biggest adventurer but there's places here in nz you don't want to be getting flat tyres
marc johnson totally agree that tubeless can be less of a headache, but again, there aren’t a lot of bikes out there running spoked rims sealed for tubeless tires. BMW is probably the most well known with their own tubeless rim system. I think Kawasaki, Triumph, and Honda may also have spoked wheels that run tubeless tires, but they’re not on all their bikes. That said, tubed tires are a little safer to ride at reduced air than deflated tubeless tires on a rim.
Nope, the 2021 models have tubeless wheels that are very similar to the BMW GS. 2019 and 2020 require tubes
Can you please post the serial number for this bike? Or do press bikes just go straight to the crusher when you bring them back? Seriously, I really wouldn’t want to be the poor bastard that takes this one home. That poor bike...
Moto guzzi translates to Weird Looking
Weird is good. Weird is also fun
