I really like Oli’s accent,also,he speaks English quite smoothly and softly. By watching his videos ,I prepared for the IELTS test totally by myself and eventually I got 7.5. (L 7.5 R 7 W 7 S 7.5)

-I’m an ielts first-taker and didn’t know how to start with my review. I got only 3 wks to prepare and with my hectic schedule, i didn’t have a chance to really sit and review.
Anyways, thanks to google and youtube for the resources.
I took the Computer-based ielts. Got the result after 6 days and my Ielts was a success!
My score:
Listening 8, reading 7, writing 6.5, speaking 7. Band score 7.

I am from Barobo, Surigao del Sur part of Mindanao, south of the Philippines. The town has 22 barangays and has an estimated population of 50,000 people according to 2016 census. Some of the lands were utilized as tourist destinations namely; Turtle Island, Cabgan Island, Vanishing Island, Bogac Cold Spring and more. The main source of income is fishing and the native resident speaks Kamayo.

Well I am from Phnom Penh City which is the capital city of cambodia. It's the heart of this country. As you may know, this city is always packed and hustled. It's also where many of the CBDs are located. There are pretty much beautiful sightseeing areas including the historical buildings as well as the museum, royal palace and many entertainment areas. Majority of people would reside in the outskirt of the city centre while doing business can be found only inside the town.

I come from Cross river which is a state in the south southern part of Nigeria. It is mostly known for its endearing cultural festival known as Calabar festival. I have a strong affiliation with my native land majorly because I was born there. My parents moved to the city shortly after I was born because there are very miniscule opportunities for educated indigenes, so they had to move to a place where they could gain employment. The last census carried out two years ago, revealed that there were three million people in my homeland. majority of whom were indigenes.
There are not too many high rise buildings which is quite common with such. In my hometown, there are miniscule amount of industries for people to work and also educational institutions there are not adequately funded. The major problem with living in my hometown is the state of the roads, the roads have been in a dilapidating state for a while which has also affected the level of development.

I come from Bangalore, which is in South of India. It is called as Silicon Valley of India because of the recent IT advancements in the city. It has a population of over 15 million people including locals and lot of migrants from varied parts of the country. It has over 900 small and big parks and is rightly named as the garden city of India. It also has many beautiful lakes. This city always hustles and bustles with access to many jobs and businesses during the day and pubs, bars and nightclubs in the evenings.

I am from Saint-Petersburg, it's the second big city in Russia. It's one of the beautiful cities in the world and quite popular among tourists. My city is famous for its rich history and landmarks. It's vibrant place and there is much going on. The life seems never stop even at night. It's a great place to live and bring up children. But the cost of living is high and prices are going up at the moment. That could be a bit stressful because you're always thinking about money. My city has changed a lot in the last 20 years. An incredible amount of restaurants, museums have emerged. It's so amazing to see old photos of the city, buildings are so different now.

I live in the dormitory, offered by the college. 3 roommates live with me. Out dormitory is as small as a living room, but we all have our own beds and desks. There is also a balcony, where we hang the washed clothes to be dried.

I comes from VietNam. It is located in south east Asia. My country is famous for its rich culture, we have many traditional activities in a year, especially during some glorious holiday such as Tet or Mid Autumn Festival. It is a big country with the population up to 90.000 people so the street is always crowded and traffic and air problem are issue. However, people are very friendly and live on well together. I love it.

im from padang. its capital of west Sumatera. a lot of food famous like rendang, dendeng, kelapa kakap and etc. its near from the sea, some people love to do fishing and hang out there.

I come from Gaya located in the notherneast part of state Bihar. Its a holy city situated on back of river Falgu. Its is also called as Bodhgaya since it has Buddhism connect to it. Its famous for temples and historical monuments. Gaya is well connected by Rail,road and airways. It has very seasonal climate, quite hot in summers and freezing in winters.
I'm from Manila which you know is the capital of the Philippines. It has a lot of commercial buildings, malls and monuments in its center. Outside of the center, there are residential houses like condominiums and subdivisions. There are many tourists who visit my hometown from time to time. Some of the famous places in the Philippines like Rizal Park, Intramuros Walls and Mall of Asia can be found in my hometown.

I came from a small city called San Jose. It's a four hours drive north of Manila, the capital city. From the past years it's a quiet and peaceful city, away from traffic and crowd. But now I can say that it had changed a lot over the years. Many infrastructures had risen to the city's center that made it busy. But in the other hand it made a lot of opportunities and jobs for many people in my hometown.

I am from Amritsar also known as the city of guru. It is famous for The Golden Temple which is also once considered to be added into the seven wonders of the world. Number of tourists use to visit the golden temple. It also has number of historical buildings such as the Jalain Wala Bagg and many others. Last year it is declared as the Mega city of the northern region of India as it is the only city in the region with about seven link highways to other cities.

There is one of them that almost everyone is aware of its history: Maiden Tower-with its original name- Giz Galasi. It has been built in the XII century.For all these I am proud of my hometown!

I come from Dhaka. It’s a large city and also capital city of Bangladesh. It’s famous for it’s landmarks, such as national museum, national zoo, some old buildings etc and It's also has rich tradition like, Sakrain, Pahela Boishakh, Pahela falgun and some others. Sometimes i feel a bit boring because it is very busy and crowded city. It’s the kind of place where people come to peruse a job from another city.

II. Describe my hometown
I'm from the Bicol Region, Labo. Camarines Norte. Im really proud to my hometown because of the uniqueness, culture and traditions they have. There's a mini park to visit, fast food and local restaurants for lunch and dinner and bars for evening hang out with friends.
III. Describe my Home.
I lived in a big sized of apartment in tower blocks with total of 3 rooms. There's a whole family and relatives occupied the 2 rooms and other room for their tenants (boarder's). Open living room with dining and kitchen. Lovely to stay there because they me as their family member.
IV. During my free time
I have a lot of hobbies, I like dancing, singing, playing outdoor games like badminton and volleyball, but most of the time when I'm at home I play musics or playing mobile games.

I am from Dharan, a beautiful city located in Eastern part of Nepal.It has many Religious places to visit and the site seeing spot from the top of the hill which is quite famous among the tourists that visit my town to see the whole city at a glance. It is quite crowded in the market areas than in other areas because of the malls, supermarkets and shopping centres where people are in quite numbers.Its also the gate to the famous tourist spot of Eastern Nepal known as Bhedetar, where people visit to enjoy the foggy and cool weather of that place.

I am from Satara. It is in western region of India and one of the district of Maharashtra state. It is on Mumbai Bangalore highway about 150 km from Mumbai. Satara is a historical place and there are many forts and Palaces. The weather of Satara is like Mini Mahabaleshwar& it's healthy. There are many soldiers from Satara District in Indian Army. I am feeling very proud about this.

I am from sundarijal which is the heart of kathmandu nepal. It is my birth place. I passed from my school.i learnt played in my near surroundings which is new to me now also roaming around.There are many beautiful places, historical places as it lures so many tourist. It's a great place to visit once.people are quite busy in my place as they are having their own jobs.The roads are crowded with vehicles.people always seems to be in hurry in a crowd cities.

Hi! I would like to share my answer on the first question, “describe your hometown”
Well, I lived in a big city of San Jose Del Monte, province of Bulacan, where it is located in the northern part of my country, philippines!
This city is well know for its history and variety of filipino artifacts and even foods, but what I love about my hometown is the vicinity which you would think as a real province, I mean more of rural type of city because of large areas of farms, poultry and even fisheries, and the ambiance is really nature friendly. The air is fresh, trees are lively green, and what is good about the people who lives in here, they’re well discipline to take good care and preserve our hometown.

I'm come from Hernando. It's a very small town, which it's about 140 kilometers from the capital of the province, Cordoba. It's a kind of place where people always seems to be quiet. The centre has a few historical buildings and monuments, and also has a beautiful square called "San Martín". On the top of the hill there is a factory, where many of the citizens work. There are some farmers, teachers and some doctors too.
