While working there, I used to really enjoy it every time it was available where I worked. I had to watch how much I’d eat though because there’s so much fat in pork belly, but the fermented soy goes perfectly with the pork belly to make it more digestible... and the rice. It is an amazing dish and great to see it made. The pork belly prep was pretty good, the fermented soy beans too. Although I wonder how to ferment the soy beans beforehand. Everything else was very instructional and a Great Video:) Thank You:)
