Marvin! I have NO clue how this came up on a page I was watching but I recognized you and watched the whole thing - wonderful! Mazel Tov! I would love to learn some recipes from you. Currently i'm on my own weight-loss journey (again) and your advice to be patient was very helpful
Great honest, authentic exchange between you and Marvin. We are all so human and go through similar or the same experiences..the body dysmorphia, the logging of our food and journaling, the weighing ourselves, and the rest of it. Fun hearing you 2 guys share your meal and recipe ideas! Thanks for sharing ❤
I can relate to both of you. My heaviest I was around 410-420. I am now 310 and stuck. Any suggestion to keep losing and get unstuck? My goal is 190ish.
Yup - getting stuck is a real thing I went through. See if this video helps me, otherwise let me know and I'll see what else I can dig up - there's quite a few videos on the channel where I discuss weight loss. But HUGE congrats with what you've done so far!!!! th-cam.com/video/o8BCHunYuas/w-d-xo.html
