Fun fact for those who haven't played Vlad that much: You can remove quickcast for E so it becomes a recast ability(like Mundo W or Cam Q) instead of holding it. Helped me a lot when I was trying to learn the champ some years ago.
Lol Vladimir is a cheese champion almost entirely dependent on matchup in lane. He hyper scales and can't die to almost anything in lane, which means it's almost entirely on your team not getting too far behind so you can carry late. He's a safe point and click hyper scaler. It's not hard to play so long as you don't pick him in situations where he isn't good.
C'mon most of alois deaths in lane are due to him greeding for grasp procs, hitting e, getting plates or using W in front of enemy which while he's using it as a sustain skill, it is the window the enemy is waiting for to trade you. Vlad is an scaling champion who can play lane as safe as he wants

Given the gameplay in these three games, if he had a positive win% it would be downright criminal. I do think he did a good job showing how it would be op if the person on vlad actually played the champ.

Doesn't change anything about vlad outside of lane tho, just allows him to lane top which I think is a good direction to take him. I prefer this over him being a weird mid lane pick.

Literally got 1 armor item and never died again. cant ignore him in tf, does too much damage and cc, cant cc him, he has dashes and unstoppables, cant kill him, we has crazy defensive effectiveness. Always fun to watch. If he isnt 0/6 into someone that scales hard like camille, he just always performs like this lol.
honestly it seems like there's a lot of situations where using E on the wave to sustain and clear is really just a bait to put your main escape on CD. have to decide carefully when it's safe to use it
Riot has to add a healing cap from minions just like Hec W if they want to keep the healing ratio. Or they just say it's intended and there's no mistake, just like yuumi and ksante

As much as I appreciate the content, I do not understand how Riot won't hotfix that kind of things. It is harmful to the game at every level, and elo inflation is a big issue for everyone.
I picked fiddlesticks top against it and it seems pretty good, ur suck stays tethered when hes in pool and you heal just as much if not more, plus fiddlesticks scales good too.
to be fair it's only a free lane against people who don't faced vlad top that much and scaling champions that are weak early and let vlad get away with scaling. If enemy is playing a aggressive top laner and understands what vlad is doing they can beat him .Elite 500 was pooping in pants against a prior rank 1 toplaner on renekton but you could notice from the gameplay that the renekton was still trying to figure out of to trade but got a bit tilted.
I think this setup is broken against some lanes only. If enemy knows what they are doing, you lose easily. Since you use W all the time to heal, any jungler with a brain could see the lack of mobility on the build and just farm money on you. I also believe Phase Rush on this champ is a must. What they could do is nerf W and add a passive on the Q that let's vlad scale infinately depending on how many stacked red Qs he hits (just like Swain's W). This change would make people go for Q max only instead of early lane W shenanigans.
w max is to make the lane an afk farm lane where neither you nor your opponent can get a lead. Elite takes it into tanks. Versus stuff he actually wants to trade vs, he still maxes q

i tried it once vs darius, darius got 2 kills from my inting jg, he started outsustaining me under my tower lol, never touching it again
